- The staff were absolutely great. They helped us set up the room for staying with our four year-old, and they helped us set up our next stay with a place in the country. Also, the location was perfect. Easy walking to downtown Reykjavik and a park nearby.

- Bed/bedding could be cleaner, would recommend bringing extra blanket/pillow, little far from most activities (downtown spots up to at 30min walk, nearest bus stop 10-12min)
- Room is extremely small; Bed is not against wall, but window, which makes it difficult to lean on; Bathroom is very unclean and messy; There is no shower gel and shampoo provided (I stayed in 10+ guesthouses in Iceland, and all provide them, except this).
- Steep stairway. Difficult to get bags to room.

The only thing I can think of is that this place is at the corner of two busy roadways, but we never noticed the traffic from inside. Even in the garden outside it felt very calm, so this is a very minor thing.
