B14 Apartments & Rooms

Location, staff, beds

Bathroom was tiny, blackout shades did not cover the windows

Washing machine was a huge bonus. Location was wonderful!

Location is the best and insanely clean with a ton of items in shared area that you may actually need. Very clean and well maintained. Codes of entry made it hassle free.

Shower and sink in bathroom were small.

Nice and beautiful, located in great a location 18 min walk from BSI Bus terminal. Also close by many stores, restaurants and very secure

This apartment far exceeded our expectations! Exceptionally clean , beds that felt like a comfortable feather nest. And special touches everywhere. The perfect location for everything. Exceptional service from the staff when needed very prompt and courteous. Was able to see the northern lights from the spacious outdoor balcony!10/10

The location was great.

The set up was very odd with the shared living room/kitchen and our family room right off of it. Saw no staff at any point. Other guests made themselves incredibly comfortable in the living room, throwing pillows around, leaving their shoes in odd places, taking loud video meetings directly outside our room door, letting their kids run solo in the shared space at 6:30am.

The location was fabulous -- right on Rainbow road. Traveled as a family of 4, stayed in room 9 with a bunk bed for our 2 kiddos. Shared common area with a full kitchen, washer and dryer, sitting areas were available. The room suited our need - a place to sleep / wind down / wash - since we were out and about every day.

Great location, very clean and comfortable rooms, the common spaces had everything you needed and were a great place to unwind at the end of a long day.

It is noisy with the busy streets and bars in the area. I recommend a sound machine or ear plugs!

Check-in processes was very easy and clear.

The room was a bit hot when we got in, but after opening the window there were no problems.

Location was great! Keyless entry great - accidentally keyed in wrong a couple of times and was locked out (nice security feature) but the host was very responsive and got me back in within a minute. The giant common area was amazing although we didn’t really have a chance to use it. Would have loved to wash some clothes if I had the time. The location amazing… steps away from great food and live entertainment!

Bathroom and shower tiny!

The location

No elevator. The room was incredibly hot. There was no person to speak to-everything had to be done through email. I wish I had known that there was no elevator. No in room tea or coffee ability.

The location is amazing right in the middle of the main shopping area but not too loud. Room was very comfortable and clean.

1. The truly wonderful staff, going above and beyond to make our stay nice. 2. Phenomenal location

The music pounding away until very (very!!) late at night. Not sure what you can do about this but it made for a very rough sleep

The kitchen was well equipped and a decent size.

The rooms are quite small and unfortunately the attitude and behavior of the owner/manager ruined our stay. Firstly she failed to send us the entry codes for the doors so we couldn’t get in, and when we called her to request the codes instead of her behaving professionally and simply apologizing and immediately informing us of the codes she attempted to blame us for not reading our documentation correctly - we had read it all fully and correctly, several times, and she’d failed to send them. After an unpleasant conversation she eventually agreed to send us the codes and then after more unnecessary hassle and us chasing her up she eventually sent us the codes so we could get in; we met other people in the apartments who she’d also failed to send the codes to so it wasn’t just us. Then, when we went to put our food in the fridge - which had labels for each room on the shelves - someone else’s beer was taking up our space and the rest of the fridge was empty so we put our food in an empty space. The next day when we came back in our food was gone, so we called the owner/manager and she said the cleaner had taken our food as it had not been put in the correct space for our room. We did not receive a message about this nor was our food just left on the side - the cleaner simply took it and/or threw it away because it was in the wrong place in the fridge. There is no notice anywhere on the fridge nor in the kitchen that you must put your food/drink in the correct space for your room or it will be taken away. There is no notification about this in the room handbook nor in any of the documents received from booking.com nor the apartments themselves, and we repeatedly requested the owner/manager send us the terms where it delineates this and she failed to do so - because there is no such thing.

The entrance looked terrible at night as it is shared with a bar, however once past the inner door and up stairs it was great. The location is right downtown.

The room was very nice, bed was comfortable. It was great having a washer and dryer and nice kitchen to have breakfast in mornings. The location was absolutely perfect.

The bathroom was a little small and we could hear the people snoring in the room next to us but, they only overlapped one night. The security pad was a little tricky but we eventually got the hang of it.

excellent location. comfortable rooms. very clean

no elevator. our room was in the 2nd floor we had to take 3x stairs.

The property is centrally located, with a bus stop just a one-minute walk away. The shared living area and kitchen are fully equipped with everything you need. The bedroom has all the essentials, though it was a little small.

so stylish and good taste decorated! exceptional location, comfortable, and clean. We will repeat for sure !!!
