Pros +
- It was very close to Hallgrímskirkja, which has bus stops for local tours and to the airport. It was an easy walk to city center, and the staff was quite lovely and helpful.
- Clean facilities, room was quaint but cozy and comfortable
- Easy check in. Comfy bed. Appreciated free breakfast! Good location.
Cons -
- I am not used to the "midnight sun", so heavier curtains would have been appreciated.
- Lugging my suitcase up 3 flights of stairs was a challenge but manageable
- The shower in the bathroom was slimy and smelled funky. You could hear the other guests in other rooms, going up and down stairs and shutting doors. Kinda a bummer but not the hotels fault.

Breakfast breads and ease of check out.
Additional hooks in the room and hooks in the bathroom are needed.
Location! It¿s only min walk from Hallgrimskirkja. Comfy bed. Breakfast is good. Staff is friendly and accommodating and always ready to help. I would recommend staying here when visiting Reykjavik.
It's in a good neighborhood close to many sights. Parking was adequate although not easy when arriving later in the evening. Breakfast included meats, cheeses, coffee, cereals, and very good, warm and yummy bread.
Room was small as was advertised so don't recommend having a lot of luggage. [We were on a short weekend journey so this wasn't a problem for us.] For Americans wondering about double bed, the bed was big enough for two larger people.
They were so kind and accommodating. Room was small and not luxurious but was totally comfortable, and I like their breakfast and hospitable feeling. Location is great as well.
The only thing that could possibly be better would be a more luxurious room of the level you'd find in other countries. That said, this room was comparable to (or even compared favorably with) other reasonably decent accommodations throughout Iceland.
