- Very organized, very clean, very polite people. They have a happy hour with live music on the weekends. Breakfast it was amazing! The location is the best, a few steps from the rainbow street, close to Harpa Concert Hall, bus stop 6, nice restaurants...
- Charming ambience, comfortable (but small) accommodations, unfailingly helpful and courteous staff.
- Breakfast buffet was outstanding with hot items, fruit, pastries, oatmeal and cereals. The rooms were clean and beds were comfortable. Staff was helpful and friendly
Cons -
- We stayed for 6 days and we ate a lot at the hotel. The only thing they should improve is about the variety on their menu. My husband is vegetarian and I have food allergy. He had not to much option on the menu/
- Noise from exterior doors slamming. Fire alarm going off early morning

This hotel was in the perfect location, you were within walking distance of everything that downtown Reykjavik has to offer. I also appreciated the aesthetic, everything was beautifully designed.
