Pros +

It was available.

Cons -

It is unmanned - everything is done over the phone so you'd better have a phone plan for Iceland. There is no daily service in the rooms. The bathrooms are awkward. There is no a/c.
It is a no staff hotel and you must enter a code to enter and it often does not work. Got help from other guests to call a number to get the correct code to enter. A pain so pass on and go to a real hotel. Parking is on the street and limited.
