Great staff. Good breakfast. Great room. But most of all good location to go on tours. Everyone very friendly. Felt safe traveling as a woman alone. Close to restaurants

Great location near all of downtown activities, restaurants and bars. Exceptional staff, very helpful. Room was modern and well appointed. Super nice bed. Bath was large and walk in shower with Rain head very nice. Heated floors a bonus during the cold nights. Overall a great value, friendly staff. Would highly recommend and will stay again next visit.

Everything was acceptable, nothing negative.

This hotel is really perfect, in the heart of Downtown. The hotel design is modern, rooms were clean and staff was attentive and courteous. We loved the beautiful park across from the hotel, the local walking path had a pond and we were close to restaurants, shopping and basically everything. Transportation is right in front of the hotel…hop on hop off bus, city buses and Taxis. Book it you won’t regret it.

Location was in city center - excellent and convenient to many restaurants and sites.

Some front desk coordination needed as late checkout was agreed upon and I still received a call the next day informing me that I was past checked out time.

Breakfast buffet was phenomenal. Rooms were clean and well appointed.

Bathroom shower was walk in with no curtain which left a wet mess on the floor. Also no place to place or hang your clothing while showering.

The location is really good. Within walking distance to restaurants, shops, the harbor (where the boats to whale and puffin watch start), museums, the music hall, and the huge church….

Maybe the lack of a parking garage, but on the other hand street parking was not an issue (easy to find and safe in our experience).

It was in a great location with a restaurant, lovely staff, and very clean! Very kind and welcoming. I would definitely stay there again

Breakfast was really good ! Great location. Front desk was staff was very warm and helpful.

Phenomenal stay. Location was perfect - we walked everywhere, and when we needed to leave the city, the bus stop was across the street. Staff was so friendly and helpful. Our room was larger than expected with a huge (and luxurious) bathroom. Breakfast was included in our room and was one of the best breakfasts I've ever had on vacation. We would stay there again in a heartbeat.

No parking No elevators to our room , expensive, very expensive restaurants. Food ok , breakfast was nice but too expensive and obviously tooo many options , can not really eat all that

Beautiful hotel, very close to the bus terminal where you'll tend to end up when traveling from the airport, and from which youll be setting off for the blue lagoon, northern lights.. Also close to interesting places like the punk museum, rainbow street, the cathedral and not too far away from everything else. Staff were outstanding, room was brilliant.

I mean Iceland is an expensive place in general and this is no exception.

The property is clean and well kept. I want to give a special thank you to the staff at the restaurant, we had breakfast there 3 times and Christmas dinner. The restaurant staff are extremely friendly, and the breakfast is one of the best hotel breakfast I’ve had.

No exhaust fan in the bathroom.

The location is good and the staff did their best.

The decor was rather depressing, and the overall ambiance was that of a three star airport hotel. But that was as nothing compared to the problem of the lack of sound proofing. My room had a connecting door in it to the next room and you could hear everything that was going on next door. It wasn't as if my neighbours were even particularly noisy, but the lack of sound installation in a hotel costing this much just isn't good enough.
