Location and staff

No elevator and such a small room

Friendly, helpful , welcoming staff! Great location!

Our first room was an awkward layout that did not have enough room to lay down two suitcases. We asked fordifferentroom when we came back from an overnight excursion,much better! Shower has no stall! Water can go all over the floor.Need a makeup mirror!

The hotel was in the city center and in walking distance to shops and restaurants. The staff friendly and helpful. Room was small and clean. The front desk person  very nice, friendly and helpful. The other front desk person friendly as well.

Only down was hotel breakfast (one of reason I chose the hotel)but there were restaurants in walking distance with good reviews .

All of the hotel desk clerks went out their way t0 accomodate our needs, such as: getting us into a room early, arrange the cab ride to the airport, reccomend local restaurants and bars, etc. Breakfasts were great with friendly and efficientstaff.

I would have liked a little roomier room. There's not much that can be done about that once it's built.

The bed and pillows were not the most comfortable.

Breakfast options, although typical cold European breakfast can be improved.

The Internet works well, the included breakfast is good, the staff is very helpful.

Everything was fine.

The staff was extremely helpful. They gave good suggestions and answered all my questions. The location was perfect for me. One block from the busy shopping street, two blocks from the harbor. Two blocks from bus stop 14. CLEAN but not fancy.

The room was a little small but adequate. It had everything we needed.

It¿s an okay hotel ¿ but not exceptional.

Location in the heart of Reyjkavik!

Lovely hotel, well situated in the heart of the city. The staff were friendly and helpful

Lots of noise from local bars well into the night, bring earplugs!

Location was nice close to downtown easy walking.

Nothing. If I wanted more, I would’ve paid more for a different hotel.

Travelled Europe extensively but center klopp provided the best guest service by Farooq Ahmed! He made me & I noticed, other guests feel so welcome & special. Because of him, I am considering coming back to iceland & telling my friends to travel to Iceland & book Center Hotel Klopp.

The free Breakfast needs much to be desired But excellent guest service made up for the free breakfast.

Loved the location and room

The toilets had a very distinct smell that was off putting when you entered the toilet. Fortunately the room did not smell and the room was comfortable.
