Great location in downtown Reykjavik with shops, restaurants and bars within walking distance. We came on a cruise, took the free shuttle from the port to downtown and were able to walk to hotel in 10 minutes. Helpful and friendly staff.
There were a few steps to get to the entry and elevator. We couldn't figure out how to change the temperature in the room.
