Hotel Arok

It is located conveniently from the train station. It is quiet enough to open the windows. Bed was comfortable. Breakfast was great. Staff was helpful. A wonderful hotel that we would recommend to other travelers.

The bathroom is on the smaller side, but it is a fully functional bathroom

The location was perfect especially for an early morning train departure. First night we discovered that most restaurants closed early near the hotel.

No everything was wonderful!

The location was perfect - close to the train, points of interest were walkable, plenty of food options

The room, breakfast and afternoon snacks

The coffee machine was broke

Location

I like everything: the space in the room , cleanness, attention, location , breakfast and service .

The location is fantastic; across the street from the train station and a short walk to the center. The room was very clean, the shower was great with lots of pressure, the staff was very helpful, and the free coffee was definitely a great benefit!

Great location with large rooms. The staff was pleasant and it had an elevator. We would come back

Nothing it was great

Nice location , it’s very close to the train station. Nice decoration for the Christmas , clean room and comfy bed.

There is no amenity kit such as shower cap, cotton bud but it’s ok.

Location, staff, breakfast.

No kettle and cups in the room. And no mini fridge.

Modern and clean, comfortable bed, helpful staff.

Met my expectations

Nice rooms, very clean and Great staff

All ok

Location is great if you would like to explore main Strasbourg attractions Few boulangeries near the hotel are great ?Staff is very helpful, early checkin was available

Geberal ambienceGood breakfastVery friendly stuffWe were allowed to wait in lobby till our late evening departureLobby is quite useful (computers, chess, other games)

Hairdryer didn't workNo teapot, cups or glasses as well as minimum cutleryNo garbage bags in buckets

Highly recommend!!! I barely leave comments but this hotel is way good beyond expectation. Very convenient location only 2min walk distance from the train station. Super nice staff who are very helpful and polite! Free and nice coffee in the bar! Also free breads in the lobby that you can take away. The room is also very tidy and equipped with good facilities. The window view is amazing. It’s so amazing for the price at ~120€.

Large room with excellent bed. Very close to train station and my room faced the large public square in front but the room was very quiet. Good location - a few blocks from the old town area and stunning cathedral. Great staff - genuinely friendly and helpful. Good breakfast.

Easy access from the central station and city center. Offered parking discount (€15/24 h). The building was renovated with modern decoration. Our room was spotless and spacious for two people. AC worked great. Pretty quiet even though it faces a main street. Linens were fresh and clean.Offered free hot drinks during our stay.Breakfast was good value with many selections. Hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. Highly recommended.

There was an only small issue with the bathroom. The bathtub has no partition/curtain between the tub and the sink. The shower was at a low position, which was fine for taking a bath but made it difficult to shower without splashing water.

The hotel boasts an excellent location, conveniently situated just across the train station and right in the heart of the town. The staff is very friendly and professional. The rooms are simple but comfortable and very clean, just like the rest of the hotel. We particularly liked the bathroom with its large rain shower. Coffee and water are available throughout the day, and there’s a nice terrace where you can enjoy your coffee and snacks.

Everything was perfect ?

We we're at the arok hotel for 1 night. It was very close to the center en we chose the recommended parking lot.The staff was very friendly and helpful. The bathroom was very modern and had a big shower.

Stayed for one night on our honeymoon and the managers were kind to upgrade us to a better room in the renovated building. Everything was brand new, and the room was perfect with a great view. Thank you!

Corner room was large with 3 windows and a lovely view. We stayed in the new part of the hotel… room 464. It was excellent!
