It has a good location

The room was too cold the first day and I couldn't increase the temperature.

The staff is super nice and the hotel location is also amazing.

The building is really old and it could use some renovation. This time, the smell in the room was sometimes quite unpleasant and the sink was so small I couldn't even brush my teeth. Globally nice.

The room was attractive, clean and comfortable. Location was very convenient and easily accessible to many nearby businesses.

Access is a bit odd, as you walk through an outdoor dining area to enter. Once I had that figured out, it was not a problem.

The location is great.

The room was not clean (dirty mirrors, dirty floor, strange smell, dirty sink) and it was the most noisy room I've ever had at a hotel or hostels. When I tried to talk to the personal they were kind but gave the impression that they couldnt help me or knew how to assist.

The staff was very pleasant and helpful. It was very quiet and we slept well all through the night. Great location, very close to the cathedral and lots of restaurants.

Great location in city center and about a 10 minute walk from the bus station. Many food options nearby.

Some touch up room painting and sweeping of ceiling cobwebs would be easy touches to make the entire room seem cleaner. Storing luggage after checkout is great, but a locked room would be better rather than just leaving things in the reception area.

Nothing really worth mentioning

Breakfast was OK, given that Strasbourg is an expensive city. Location was excellent -- near the cathedral and surrounded by cafes and restaurants. Staff were friendly.

I got sick of climbing three steep flights of steps several times a day, though I understand it would be impossible to install a lift in an old building. My room was small and basic. The ensuite bathroom was tiny.

The bed was comfortable and it was clean. The location was perfect !

The walls were a bit thin

Location is perfect. The rooms were functional, clean and well decorated.

We had no hand towel in the bathroom.

It was very very close of the cathedral, restaurants, parking.

Cleaning, we stayed for 3 nights and non of them the bed were not well made, just fixed a little bit.Vacuuming were not done

Prime location in a beautiful square. I was close to the cathedral and the botarama (boat rides.) I will go around and rest in between since it was close to everything!

Since it’s an old building, they are not allowed to put an elevator. So make sure you have no big luggages.

The double bed was a bit on the small side but otherwise comfortable, the toilet was crammed into the corner, so that it felt like being hugged by the surrounding walls (apparently that's the case in just some of the rooms, but it wasn't clear before booking that that could be the case).

Friendly staff; clean, well maintained room; close to plenty of restaurants, shops, and the main tourist sites; an easy 15 minute walk from the train station; wifi worked well in my room; comfortable bed

Very good location, clean pleasant room

Shower cabin door - only very thin people can enter the shower cabin without problems. The gap between the door and the wall is too small for an average-built person.
