Location is perfect! Hotel was very clean and staff were friendly

Location and modernity and very pleasant staff

The desk manager was very helpful and spoke very good English. We had a misunderstanding when booking the room about what "twin" beds meant in France (just two small beds stuck together). The manager upgraded us so we could have two distinct beds.

They have underground parking, but they did not have a spot for us the first day we arrived. I'm not sure we had the option of reserving one. Anyway, after the first day we had a spot there.

I like the location of the hotel... it's very city center and many restaurants surround it...I will be coming back to the hotel again if I visit Strasbourg

The hotel's location was great and the staff were helpful. Overall the facilities were good.

I didn't like that the toilet was separate to the bathroom and right next to the kitchen - with no sink. So you had to walk across the kitchen and bedroom to the bathroom each time to wash your hands! I had to do my own cleaning as the cleaner only comes once a week. Breakfast was alright but runs out fast. I'd say the main advantage of this aparthotel is the excellent location and very helpful staff.

Nice administration staff, Russian speaking, great location, cleanness, our studio had a bedroom, very convenient.

Was the hardest mattress I’ve ever tried to sleep on. Beds were not comfortable. I slept on the couch 4 nights.

The staff was exceptional. Loved the coffee and hot chocolate machine.

The kitchenette took too much room away from the living space. Also didn't like that the toilet was on the other side of the room from the bathroom, making it difficult to wash your hands after using the bathroom. However we recognize that these could be pluses for some people.

Basic type of hotel, but conveniently located Some staff were friendly, some were bothered by my asking a simple question. In a hotel when I guest asks a question the response should never be, “why do you want to know?” Or “you can read the signs”

Location is excellent, near to the main attractions of the city, at walking distance from the christmas markets and shopping districts. The room was spacious with basic facilities and convenient for a family of four.

However towels had hair on them, and some hair was found on the shower wall.The shower racks had soap stains. The wall in the bathroom had brownish stains next to the towel drying tubes. The breakfast was so basic

Room was small for an apart- hotel. The towel warmer did not work. Kids were loud in the hall.

Our mail complaint was that although we rented a suite with a separate bed room and sitting room, there was no light or lamp available in the sitting room, except for a very small wattage lamp beside the couch. We could nor read there. After two requests, I had to get get a bit aggressive after 4 days to get them to install a proper light!! So annoying for such a minor issue, particularly given the price we were paying.

Very nice place. Water and coffee in the lobby and washing machine were crucial and made a difference.

We loved everything about our stay—great location steps to the center of the city. Our spacious room was clean and had a beautiful full kitchen. The bed and linens were perfect and comfortable. There were lots of plug-ins to charge our devices which was often lacking in other hotels. We also loved having on-site parking! The breakfast was fabulous with lots of variety, great staff and lots of indoor and outdoor seating. Loved it!

This hotel was in the perfect location—within walking distance to all of the old town attractions, including the cathedral, Petite France, and many charming shops and restaurants. The neighborhood felt safe and lively, especially in the evenings. The room was comfortable and clean, and the staff was friendly and helpful throughout our stay. It was the ideal base for exploring Strasbourg on foot. We would definitely stay here again.

The parking garage was challenging to navigate. The spaces were very small, and no room to maneuver.

Very difficult to find by car. Just park in a nearby parking garage and walk there.
