Kyriad Direct Strasbourg Ouest - Zénith

This is the kind of low cost ultimate convenience hotel I love. Spacious room, spacious bathroom, secure parking next to the rooms, nice breakfast. Late check-in, late check-out. Everything was perfect.

The location is very good for attending events at Zenith. It was some 15 minutes walking distance to the venue.The area where the breakfast was served was very cosy.

It was a little inconvenenient that the breakfast was served at the building accross from where the rooms are.I found the price to be quite high for the room we had.

. The location is far of the city center. It’s not so much like hotel and has no view. The staff on the reception were not helpful and not all of them can speek english. The heater of my friend’s room was nit working for almost 2 hours and the reception guy was rude. I have sent an email to ask for help or to report a problem and they didn’t respond.. Room has no facilities

Very small rooms, air conditioner didnt work but they fix it later, the bed was not clean

The beds and pillows were comfortable, the room was clean. There is a direct tram from the city center and it was easy and fast to arrive to the hotel. The staff was super nice. They have a hairdryer you can borrow from the front desk.

We got one medium towel and one small one for two adults. The shower curtain was short so the bathroom floor got soaked when we showered. There was only 1 outlet next to the beds (2 beds).

There were good beds and pillows. Easy approach from highway and lot of parking places in front of hotel.

Furniture and bathroom are very old without any equipment

A very friendly woman at the reception who speaks English. She explained how to easily get to the city center with the streetcar. The breakfast choice was more & better than I expected.

It's a very dated building, however it was clean which was nice. The parking area is locked by a gate at night. Good feeling, although it seems to be necessary gives some thought.

The room was clean and nice, the same as on the pictures presented on the website. The receptionist and all other people were super nice and open for guests and their needs.The breakfast were also very tasteful and everyone could find something to eat.

- Small room- Wifi didn't work (as the front desk was already closed, the problem couldn't be solved).

The beds are comfortable and it’s quite an affordable stay, especially if you’re passing Strasbourg for a day visit on a long roadtrip (which was our case)

They don’t have a refrigerator and we found two bugs in our room (could be the heat, we visited in August)

Cheap as an overnight stop in Strasbourg . Location for park n ride/tram

Adequate facilities but needs refurbishment. Have stayed in Kyriad hotels Arras which was more modern and value for money.

Preis war in Ordnung

Unfortunately, we experienced a very unpleasant incident during our stay. Around 8 a.m., the cleaning staff entered our room without knocking, while we were still asleep. This abruptly woke us up. Later, around 10 a.m., they again attempted to open the door, once more without knocking.This behavior seriously affected our sense of safety. It felt like someone could walk into the room at any moment without warning. In a hotel, guest privacy and security should be a top priority — unfortunately, this was not the case here.

On our motorway route.Bed was comfortable.It was clean.

Pity they have removed the kettle and coffee... That has previously been a plus.

Easy to find close to stores and restaurants. The air conditioning was a life saver.

The WiFi did not work very well.

Very practical if you're attending a show at the Zenith—you can walk there! There's a nearby metro station that takes you to the city center. Parking is free, and the rooms are comfortable.

The hotel gives off a strong motel vibe, and the rooms are as quiet as the other guests’ behavior… It’s located outside the center of Strasbourg, but still not particularly cheap, all things considered.

Overall, a disappointing experience. There were lots of bugs in our room, and despite informing the staff, they didn’t offer to change it. The location isn’t terrible, but it’s definitely not worth the stay.
