The rooms were clean, everything was as expected. The breakfast was great, staff were super friendly. We loved our stay.

Coffee available anytime during your stay, unfortunately the hotel had run out of milk on our return Sunday early evening - wouldn’t have any available until the next day and no way of getting any.

The bathroom had an awful sewage smell . It was very difficult to get any sleep because of that.

Convenient location to the train station and local attractions. Great breakfast.Room was kept clean. There is a common lounge by the reception to rest and unwind or wait for transport - with popcorns, titbits, coffee to go!

The location was excellent. My room was quiet. The shower was great. I liked the living room and the treats provided.

The guests living room with free tea/coffee/lollies and games.Reception staff were excellent, too. I had stored my luggage once I had check-out and upon my return, I didn't even have to ask for my bags, the gentleman at reception got another staff member to retrieve them for me, which I view as excellent service.

As my train wasn't leaving until close to noon, I had my 1st sleep-in in 6 weeks and didn't get to breakfast until 9:15'ish. Before 10, a lot of the breakfast items had already been removed, so I had to ask for certain things.

The room is a bit small. But as a solo traveller i didn’t bother me.

We loved the location of the property, within walking distance of the train station and all amenities. The breakfast selection was great, the candies, popcorn, tea and coffee that you could help yourself to all day long was a fantastic and fun little addition. For what you got, it was a great price.

The smell of our room, the carpet smelt really bad and was full of stains, but we looked past that, sprayed a bit of deodorant around the room and opened up the window. It definitely needs replacing very soon. The bed was clean and comfy and the bathroom was clean. Our kettle didn’t work in the socket that it was plugged into, but we changed sockets. The fridge and safe were great to have in the room.

First, I want to thank the staff for making it a most enjoyable stay. They were very helpful and kind. The chef was extraordinary , best scrambled eggs I ever had. The buffet was amazing. Location ?. As a boutique hotel it was spot on , decor and atmosphere.

It was super close to the train and was very pet friendly. Lovely free tea and coffee and water to top up for your dog.

Very convent location to train station. Clean! Bathroom small, but ok. Very helpful staff for answering our question and getting the things we needed.

Situated 5 Min walk from the railway station, not far from the city center. The room isn't big, but there's enough space for 2 pax. The beds are comfortable. Kettle+cups are in the room. A very plus of hotel is free coffee/tea whenever you'd like.The breakfast is good with a big variety of food.Friendly staff.Will stay again when in Strasbourg.

The room a little to tiny, but one night...is ok!

The room was warm and clean, although the area is small, it is designed considering the needs. Unfortunately, the only problem was the occasional bad smell coming from the bathroom but the windows were sufficient to ventilate the room. The location of the hotel is very good, near the train station and not far for exploring the city on foot. The breakfast was very varied. There was lots of treat (coffee, water, chocolate, etc.) in the waiting room (common area). Thank you.

The location & staff were great. I stayed in 2 rooms during my stay & my first room was good but my second was not so great.

My room was on the first floor & was very nosing. It faced the street so I had people noise & also had noise from water pipes when people showered or flushed toilets. I did not have a great night sleep, however I stayed in a room on level 5 also & that was fine.
