    Cons -

    • Nothing… it was perfect
    • It would be nice if they could provide a small fridge inside the room to keep water and cold beverages.
    • No elevator so try to have light bags to get to the stairs.

Everything, comfortable ,nice staff, Greta location (nice Neighborhood) and clean

    That parking was very limited

Good size of the room, the decor, ambiance, great selection for breakfast

The only thing for light sleepers - the top floor room(s) are under the roof with what looks like original beams. They are creaking from time to time

A beautiful renovated building with a great atmosphere. Located in a quiet neighborhood near the park, and a bus station is right across the hotel. Staff is very pleasant, they were helping with all the additional request and instantly available.

Everything was to be loved: the beautiful area, the staff, the room, the comfortable bed, the quality of the bedlinens, the pillows, the excellent breakfast, and best of all the kind staff, especially Coraline. Thank you, we will be back.

    Passable

I was given a room right at the entrance, in front of the reception and next to the bar. The room’s window was literally in front of the bus stop in front of the hotel. It clearly did not meet the standards of a 4 star hotel. Noise all day long because of people coming in and out. Noise from the bar until 11 pm at night. I asked for another room, at least for the second night of my stay, but I was told that was not possible. Clearly unsatisfactory.

Beautiful small place, but with style and special attention to the clients. Small but very delicious breakfast, flexible with early checkin, big bathroom, very light rooms, beautifully decorated. A bit like a small palace. Although located in residential area, bus to city centre is stopping in front of hotel, very convenient. Beautiful park nearby for walking, running. Water bottles replaced daily in the room.

Internet was completely down one day, but ir seemed to be something special and temporary. Not a big issue but would be nice to have small fridge in the room. Otherwise all perfect.

Free parking. Beautiful neighborhood. Quality breakfast. Friendly staff.

Room was too hot. We had to open a window.

Great small hotel in a nice and quiet neighborhood.Super clean and great service and hospitality. Easy parking in the area was a big plus and very easy to get to the city center. Breakfast was good with variery of quality local options.

For those clients looking for a peaceful, quiet location for their hotel, the Boutique Hotel des XV is an excellent choice. You will not be a walking distance away from the center but that is not what customers of this hotel look for. Instead you are a short walking distance away from the Parc de l'Orangerie which is a beautiful way to regenerate some energies. Being in a quiet neighborhood has further advantages of not needing a long search for parking spaces, cars feel quite safe being stationed outside. Rooms are well arranged, very comfortable and very quiet, it comes from the fact most probably that the customers booking here generally seek likewise a quiet place too. Breakfast fulfills every common needs, I don't know if they can prepare warm food as well (eggs or bacon for instance), I did not ask myself, so I cannot comment on that.

    Polite staff.

I was in this hotel several years ago and was exited yo visit it again. It's a cosy villa in a quite district. Our booking was for two nights, the overall price was around 660€. This is quite high even for Strasbourg for these dates. Unfortunately, this time the price-quality-ratio was bad.First, we were allocated in the room num. 9. It is a damp-smelling semi-basement room without a nice view. We asked for another room. The only available option was the room num. 1 (right after the main door). It was a downgrade compared to the booked room. The room is small and noisy in the morning, the furniture layout could be better. There was no bathtub or shower, just a drain in the floor. And the floor in the bathroom was VERY cold. We decided to move out. Booking.com helped negotiate with the hotel to cancel the reservation for the second night free of charge. But, despite of the room downgrade, the price for the first night remaind unchanged, ca. 340€. The receptionist was very nice and suggested a free breakfast for 2 persons. The breakfast costs around 20€ pro person, but definitely doesn't worth it.

Room was good - clean nothing to say Breakfast was fine I guess a bit expensive 22€ as far as I remember but choices not crazy The area very quiet BUT sadly if you have people staying in another room next to yours .. better hope they will be quiet too (not what’s happened during my stay) The overall stay was good ! Staff very friendly and helpful !

The personnel was forthcoming and attempted to assist after initially being reluctant. Near the orangerie park.

I was put in a basement although the room description said ‘city view’, the air in the room was moist and it had a bit of a moody scent. I saw the ground outside my window, and the air filter could not be turned off by me, only by the personnel. The heating was not working and it was the end of November with snow. After informing the staff, they fixed it after two days. In the meantime, I used the hair dryer to keep myself warm. Bad options at the ‘restaurant’.

Very clean, good breakfast, very good service, quiet.

I stayed in a room in the attic, The mirror in the bath was at an angle and it is difficult to shave, the shower and other corners in the room are also a hazard. You need a helmet so you don't get hurt in the head. The photo in booking don’t reflect the size of the room.

Great staff. The overall is great very good design.Beautiful building.Just a hotel boutique.

No lift… : (No options for breakfast, just a coffe adking fir a favour.I can’t understand you can’t hace a breakfast no buffet in a 4 stars hotel.

I'm overall impressed with how accomodating the staff were at Boutique hotel Des XV. The hotel location was in a nice residential area and within short walking to the park. Rooms were clean and comfortable. I highly recommend this hotel.

Nice, coquette, and clean. Helpful staff

Room was very small and because of it a bit uncomfortable. A bit pricey for what they offered.
