You get what you pay for! Breakfast to be included was charged extra for four of us. Staff was great.

No A/C and was very hot. Rooms like a small cruise ship.

Simple, clean and comfortable.

I was a single occupant in a 3 bed room so the space was tight but it was fully functional. Good shower and everything was clean. The staff were OK but could not speak English but they were still nice.

The television. It is so annoying when you can't figure out how to work the TV. Apart from that everything else was fine. Good value and the tram stop was a 5 minute walk. I would stay there again. A really good pizza place was close by so I can't really complain.

Space was very limited, location was bad. Small bathroom, no space at all. Very small room very limiter space overall

8-10 min walk from the nearest tram station. Breakfast was adequate, regarding the price. Bathroom was a bit small, you may think a bathroom of a ferry's stateroom.

Room is big enough only for couple of nights.

It was clean

The door didn’t fit properly into the frame so there was a huge draught into the room. You could feel the cold wind coming into the room which when it’s 0 degrees, is not good. The room was freezing and also very small- not a family room size at all- far too small for 1 adult and 2 kids

The staff

Bedrooms for 3 are TOO small, very uncomfortable, lack of space to store the clothes for THREE people. The bathroom is too small as well. There is no soap for the sink. In one of the bathrooms, the soap dispenser of the shower wasn't working. They should leave the towels in the room so we don't have to go to the reception to request them, especially if the staff is not working. The location is not convenient if people want to be in the city center

Staff were good

For the price we paid, it wasn’t worth at all. There was mouldy and mildew everywhere. The was were seeping. I’ve attached the photos. We found hairs from ppl who used the room previously I believe. Bathrooms were dirty n sink was getting clogged. We felt dirty to enter the bathroom n it was so tiny

Convenient and the staff were great

The bed was broken. And the floors were not clean.

First morning. very little choice remaining at breakfast. Second morning. More choice but extremely crowded. We were lucky to get a table in an area that seated less than 30 people. By the time we had finished there was a queue of about 20 people actually waiting outdoors to get in. The maths don't work out if you have a lot of rooms and few facilities.Room. Room itself was as expected for a budget hotel. However it was very dated. We moved the little bedside cabinet to get something that had fallen down and it was filthy. Radiator either red hot or cold. The shower cubicle was very small and the toilet was black in the bottom with dirty limescale.We stayed two nights and on the last day we found out that the door to our room could be pushed open even though it was technically locked. Reported this as we vacated. Staff didn't seem surprised.

I have stayed here a few times now when I visited the Strasbourg Christmas Market and as someone who is by myself, it’s perfect.

It was a simple mistake but the first room I was given…I opened the door and it was already occupied. Luckily the person was not there at the time but whoever was in the room, it was an absolute mess, room 3 on wednesday 3rd december, I felt aorry for whoever had to clean that up. The room wasn’t dirty, but whoever was in there doesn’t know how to treat a hotel room.

The location is very close to the tram, which was very useful.

Tiny room - no more spaces.

Luckily I didn’t read the bad reviews before booking. It’s not in the center but close to bus and tram stations, so you can get easily to the city center or train station. The reception is opened from 14:00 for check in that was good cause other hotels usually 15:00 so I could check in at 14:00 already and go to the city. The stuff is kind and helpful. They decorated the reception nicely. Also before my arriving I had some questions and they answered fast.Around the accommodation you can find lot of shops, supermarkets, sport shops etc. The room was ok, private, was hot water and heating is working, was super warm. Calm, I could rest and sleep good. The price is great, special this time of the year. I really liked that you can reach the rooms from outside, totally like in an American movie. It’s great for the price and this time of the year Strasbourg is specially beautiful (it is always). Thank you 10*
