Great location in city center. Close up nearby safe parking garage.
Excellent and attentive team. Comfortable and contemporary environment. Great breakfast offerings.
The room had very good soundproofing from the streets outside. The location was close to all the main sights of the city and just three tram stops to the central station. The breakfast was great, with lots of healthy options and fresh food.
Nothing really.
Amazing location within walking distance of most things in the city. Staff were helpful with recommendations. Typical old European style room which was quaint and novel with wooden beams throughout the room.

Location, staff and breakfast.
It was great!
Great location. Decent room, clean, facilities good. Good staff.
Would have liked a safe, but no big deal.
Fantastic Hotel. Staff were amazing and very helpful. Massimo recommended places to go for dinner and they were fabulous. Breakfast was delicious and I would recommend having it if you stay. A wonderful experience and I would highly recommend. Great location too.
The staff were delightful and very friendly. The room was great, with a beautiful view of rooftops. The price was great as we got a great deal on Booking.com.
The bathroom was so tiny!
In the center and walkable to anything - very great
Toilet was used as smoke room by prior guest, and smelled strongly of cigarette smoke. The prices are very high for a standard room - but might be usual for Strasbourg during Xmas times.
Comfy, clean and well maintained and the staff from front office to housekeeping are very welcoming and supportive.
The beds are a bit short and single beds are a combination of 2 small mattresses which was uncomfy. The sink in the WC was not draining when water flowing.Breakfast could be better (not really fresh).
Location is amazing ! The breakfast buffet is pretty good.
The beds are on the firmer side. This is no joke you can slip and fall in the shower. It is like an ice ring so be careful.
Location is perfect!! Amazing facilities, so clean!! Great staff especially Mateo and Diana.
Nothing….
Perfect location. Friendly and helpful staffs esp Diana and another female staff (i don’t know the name unfortunately).
No elevator from 4th to 5th floor. The floor in the bathroom area gets wet easily after taking a shower and it’s scary to slip and fall to the stairs.

Perhaps the friendliest and most accommodating staff we’ve encountered on our travels. Emma, Sara, and Mathieu were particularly notable.Great location in the old city area of Strasbourg, about a five minute walk from the cathedral. Particularly good for access to the Christmas Markets (which was our reason for being there).Clean, comfortable room, if a bit on the small side.
A little cute hotel located in the centre of Strasbourg. The staff were definitely the best part of the hotel- so welcoming and helpful!
There is no lift to access the 5th floor which is the attic rooms.
The breakfast was above average with plenty of food choices. The dayfront desk staff Matthew was so accommodating and helpful from instructions on where to park, explanations and booking for dinner. Very courteous and patient, I can’t praise him enough.
The evening front desk man named Nicholas was rude in the way he spoke to us. He made us feel like my husband and I were dense . He was impatient and discourteous . My husband was quite upset and just over the issue of taking hot water from the dining room coffee maker.
We spent three nights at the hotel, with two consecutive nights followed by a one-day break for a trip to Colmar, and then another night. For the first two nights, we were assigned a ground floor room (# 02). However, on the second night (Friday), the noise from a nearby pub made it hard to sleep. When we raised our concerns, we were assured an upgrade to an interior room on the fourth floor for the third night. The new room was truly excellent.
Avoid booking a ground floor room on weekends.
