Nice staffing and professional.

Very dirty laundry room where they wash all floor mats and leave them inside the machine without anyone watching and when the cleaning staff enter the room they just throw all filthy rugs inside anywhere on the floor scattered all over. All hangers broken

Very clean rooms. Staff is helpful and on point.

No A/C in rooms, which is a killer in summer. It's nearly impossible to park your car in the neighborhood.

Super location, ten minutes by foot from the city center and 15 minutes from the train station. The apartment has everything: electric stove, fridge, water kettle. The temperature regulation in the room and bathroom worked nice, which is great for winter. The apartment was modern and clean. Overall it was just good and nothing to complain about.

It was very bare-bones. There was a lack of outlets in the room (e.g., there was nowhere to plug in the water kettle). Temp was warm but we could open windows. Breakfast was a little expensive.

The location is great, the breakfast is nice, we paid additional for €13 per person. The room size is big and the heater help us a lot during winter time.

Hair dryer is hard to use, we need to push it all the time.

The property is conveniently located close to the city centre. The staff at check-in were very friendly and even offered small Christmas gifts such as cups and jam, which was a nice gesture. The availability of a kitchen in the room was also nice!

The room was clean upon arrival; however, no housekeeping service was provided during the three-day stay. The most unpleasant aspect was a persistent odor coming from the bathroom and toilet, which was unacceptable.

Just location was good

This was a very bad hotel experience. The breakfast was extremely poor and far below an acceptable standard. In the room, many basic items were missing, and when we asked, we were simply told they were not available. The bathroom amenities, including shampoo, were very low quality. The mattress was in terrible condition—the mattress under the sheet was yellow and clearly dirty. I would never stay at this hotel again.

Breakfast that was served was the bare minimum. Would have been nice to have a bit more variety.The bathroom in my room had a weird smell.

Good location , good value for money for 1 night.Its just ok. Quite area , near train station.They gave us a gift for christmas and this is the best thing!

Bathroom shower not properly cleaned, no Kleenex, no hand towels, one towel for for days, no wine opener, bad location of microwave above the sink (hit my head), offer another sheet or blanket (not just a thick comforter), no dish towels.

Nice room, decent location out of the main island part of Strasbourg. Price was very reasonable compared to other hotels. Parking is limited but more spacious that other parking garages. There are two City Résidence hotels, one is a two star this one is a three star, definitely aa appearance difference as soon as you walk in, both staffs were very friendly.

Hallways could have been a bit cleaner, but the room was clean.

I don’t like when its very cold but still you can’t high your air condition and it was that cold even you can’t sit without a something on top

Everything was great,5 min from railway station,10 min to the centre city. Room was clean and comfortable,small kitchen, microwave, kettle and fridge. Stuff was friendly and helpful. I will definitely stay again there.

Excellent location, in particular if you work in the Institutions area. Well connected to railway station and close to city center.
