Location was perfect to walk to sites and close to expo center

The staff was extremely helpful and friendly

Everything were top notch and we loved our stay at hotel Lutetia..Its about 15-20 mins walk away to the city center, so location was perfect. The room was quite clean and a very comfortable bed. For two days, we also had breakfast on bed which was really nice. At first, I was skeptical but it was a lovely suggestion and we loved our breakfast on bed.. Bill was also really friendly, and helped us with the parking and giving all the details regarding our stay and travel.

Room was great, top floor with view and balcony. Also very quiet. Breakfast was excellent.

Very pleasant staff who clearly cared about their customers. A bottle of champagne, sparkling and bottled water, along with homemade cookies were wonderful perks!

A bit outside of the main center (15-20-minute walk), while not that far, can be annoying in sub-zero temperatures. I found it a bit odd that champagne glasses with some remaining champagne from the evening before were not removed. Otherwise very clean.

Location away from beautiful tourist areas

The location was great being just outside the centre was perfect for us but not too far to walk to the Christmas Markets.

The breakfast was fine. I would of preferred more hot food but that’s just my personal preference

The staff are great very helpful, the location is a short walk to old town which made quieter for us and it’s right on the bus line. Breakfast was good and the bar was a nice addiction.

The pillows were to hard for our liking

Very close to the center, big room and very nice breakfast with lots of options.

The staff was excellent, especially Bill and Peter. Bill went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable and accommodate our requests.

The beds were not very comfortable

Extremely helpful and kind staff, one of the best hotel breakfasts I’ve ever had. Walking distance to city center. Comfy bed, clean rooms. I can’t believe how lucky I am to have found this place

Can’t think of anything

It's very close to everything. The staff are very polite and willing to help. I would recommend it.

I find it unacceptable to have to search for a WiFi signal. Obviously, it is included in the hotel's amenities. However, the signal is so poor that it is essentially non-existent. There is no parking for cars, but you can find free parking in a short distance.

Beautiful hotel in a nice area of Strasbourg, spacious and clean rooms, very good breakfast, extremely friendly staff.

Large, nicely appointed rooms with comfortable beds, clean bathrooms with separate room for toilet. Airy rooms with large windows and air conditioning as needed. Wonderful breakfast with hot items, home baked tarts and healthy cereals and fruit. Egg dishes freshly prepared to order. All Staff (French and English speaking) was very accommodating and helpful. Receptionist Bill (also baker, chef etc.) was phenomenal, very professional , knowledgeable and helpful!

Loved staying here. The staff were great and very helpful. The room was comfortable and the breakfast was great (and reasonably priced!). We would stay here again
