    Pros +

    • The hotel is so quaint and beautiful. It was clean and the staff was so helpful and friendly it was central to all of the sites. It¿s about 20 minutes from the train station.
    • Great location to discover Strasbourg city center, located right across a parking lot. Nice breakfast buffet is included with a reasonable rate. The reception staff were overall very helpful.
    • The efficient and extremely friendly staff was our favorite part of our stay! They gave excellent instructions to the Christmas markets and suggested a lovely diner (TonTon Gateau) as a great lunch location! ?

    Cons -

    • The hotel had air conditioning but it did not cool the whole room. We could not get it cold enough for us
    • The room services for cleaning were subpar. We have asked specifically multiple times but never got an answer in time. Once the room was cleaned, the trash bins were not emptied, even the soap which was almost gone was not changed.
    • Perhaps a larger lobby and bar

Excellent boutique hotel. Room spacious and comfortable. Front desk employees professional and helpful. Great location. Walking distance to all major attractions.

Perfect location for walking to tourist sites and restaurants. The hotel architecture and decorating was in keeping with the architectural of the historic city.

Perhaps a larger lobby and bar

We enjoyed our room and our bathroom was quite large with two sinks and a walk in shower. The hotel had an elevator which we took advantage of. I am a plant person and the outdoor courtyard area walking into the hotel was filled with plants and beautiful landscaping. The best part was the parking garage directly across the small street from the hotel. Guests received maybe a 3 -4 Euro discount parking there. The hotel is just a few steps from a bridge going into the town not too far from the cathedral. It was a great location. Originally I had a reservation in the Petite France area but am glad in retrospect that we stayed at the Hotel Beaucour. My husband had been concerned about the parking situation in the Petite France area. The Petite France area was lovely but it wasn't too far to walk to it from our part of Strasbourg.

Actually, this hotel was pretty perfect for our needs. We didn't have breakfast here but opted to eat a lighter, less expensive breakfast at a nearby cafe.

Loved the location Central and very walkable. Lots of dining options.

Everything was perfect! Location, rooms, staff, etc. I highly recommend this quaint hotel that’s 10 minute walk to the cathedral and old town.

The location of the hotel is perfect and centrally located to wander the city via foot or the tram. The courtyard area is absolutely stunning and staff very helpful and cheerful (they maintain the physical key while you are off premise, so you will have a lot of brief interactions). The bathroom was updated and nicely appointed with a jetted tub. Staff decorated the room for my husband's birthday making it wonderfully personalized.

The rooms were very eclectic although a little out dated even with the kitschy aesthetic to attempt to conceal some of the wear. Skip the breakfast- there are many wonderful bakeries nearby that would be a better and more affordable option.

We stayed a week in this lovely hotel. The staff was very friendly (specially Adam ) We were able to pick the room we liked the most, we had a nice jacuzzi tub, the bed was large and comfortable, the room was modern and more importantly, very quiet. The hotel is close to the Cathedral and most tourist attractions. There are plenty of restaurants and bakeries a few steps from the hotel. I would stay in this hotel again.

Good location and fun rooms. Staff was friendly. All we wanted in a one night stay. Bathroom was huge and nice!

Limited views, poor WiFi. Wet floor after shower without a proper door

The best hotel of our trip. Near the center. Polite staff. Very clean. Stylish rooms. Comfort.

You cannot beat the location of this lovely historic hotel. Beds are comfortable; rooms have nice space. Some are more updated than others. A nice breakfast buffet offered.

My room had a very noxious odor coming from the shower drain. It immediately hit me when I walked in the room. The front desk would not move me to another room as they were fully booked even though I arrived early and not everyone was checked in. They claimed they would 'take care of it' while we were out about town. Upon return it was not solved - it was better but the odor was still lingering. I had to keep the bathroom door closed while sleeping. They then claimed they could fix it for the second night rather than move me to another room. It was fixed the second day. I get that it's an old hotel but this seems to be a known problem - it should have been fixed before ever allowing a guest to occupy the room.

The staff was amazing and so helpful. The room was very cleans and the bed/pillows were very comfortable. Nice big bathroom. Nice having coffee available all the time and water too down in the lobby. They were great about storing my luggage because I arrived so early. Breakfast was good.

I loved everything about this hotel: quaint, clean rooms, good bathroom, nice and quiet, bed comfy. Staff were very friendly and efficient. I wish that we could have stayed longer! Lovely bakery across the road for coffee and croissant. So close to restaurants for dinner, right near Petite France. Very walkable. Just lovely. Will definitely come back.

    there is nothing to say.

Everything was great! The staff were friendly and helpful, the location was perfect, and the rooms were comfortable

    9PachaoPosted on: 8-12-2025

Staff during breakfast was wonderful; breakfast had a nice variety for big and small. Rooms are spacious and clean.

The tub in the bathroom, no shower curtain; would prefer a standing shower.

    9PachaoPosted on: 8-12-2025

Staff was wonderful, especially the ones tending during breakfast. Great location, walking distance to the city, restaurants and shops. Clean and spacious rooms.

I would have prefered a shower vs. a tub because water was all over the floor once one showered with no shower curtain.

Location was fantastic. Close to old town and all of the sightseeing action. The hotel was cute and uniquely decorated. Very comfortable. Definately would stay there again!!

    Nothing - all very good/

We loved everything about Hotel Beaucour. It has its own distinct, unique flair which becomes apparent the minute you walk through the entrance. The location was superb with numerous cafes, bars, and restaurants lining the quaint streets. With just a short walk across the bridge there is so much more to explore including the magnificent cathedral. We would absolutely stay here again.
