The Rooms and the hotel itself is very new and clean, they provide free sweets all over the day as well as water, it is very nice and the stuff is very friendly

The breakfast does not have many options. Also the pillows in the trim are very big, it is also slightly far from the center but not that bad

Not directly in the center but an okay walk. Room a bit small but fine.

All the basics were there. Quiet. Comfortable mattresses. After the first night we slept well. Pleasant shower. Nice staff. Breakfast breads and cheeses were excellent, the grapefruit too. Not far to busses and trams.

We stayed on the first floor — the hallway had a strange odor- nursing home?

The design of the room and the hotel itself was very pleasant, colorful and nice. The room was spacious. The beds were comfortable.

We stayed there for 4 nights. The room has not been cleaned by the staff twice during this period.No scrambled/readily boiled eggs were in place at the breakfast. Raw eggs were put, so that everyone could boil as many as he/she wants, but it is more convenient when the eggs are ready.

It is very clean, all new, colourful. The staff is very friendly, polite, ready to help anytime when asked. Good breakfast with lots of pastry and brioche, fruits and fromaige and juices. Big bathroom. The hotel has a private parking with a fee per day. It is close to the city center within walking distance. There is a market shop near the hotel.

The room we were in was not too spacious for 4 people. It has no cooler or fridge.

We booked this hotel because we wanted air conditioner (it was very hot) we couldn’t turn it on because the hotel blocked it. It was hard for us to stay there like this

Good location close to the old town. Helpful staff. Nice facilities.

AC was restricted to a somewhat high temperature of 21C (in comparison to 19.5C at other hotels) and was barely moving the needle and seemed to reset in the middle of the night making stay uncomfortable and sweaty. Parking is limited due to space constraints; however, staff recommended an excellent alternative in 5 minutes walk.

Everything - the room was spacious for 3, and the breakfast was great! Has a good mix of pastries, cheese, bread, and eggs.

Everything was great! The rooms were clean and modern. The staff was very helpful and kind. The location is great, since it is walking distance from all major sights. I really enjoyed my stay!!

An amazing stay! Very good room with a comfortable bed and roomy bathroom. The staff was very helpful. The location is good if you like to walk but a tram station near by. Neighbourhood is very safe. The hotel itself is gorgeously decorated so magical…Easter decorations made it feel like Alice in Wonderland.

Maybe a kettle in the rooms would be nice. A bottle of water too.

The absence of in-room fridge and coffee machine was a bit unfortunate but it's wasn't a deal breaker.

The property was super clean as it is a new building and the staffs were very helpful. We enjoyed the stay there. Must say, very comfortable beds!

Dental kit could have been included in the booking.Breakfast options mostly had bread varieties only. Could have been better!

Everything was good overall, we got a problem with our booking elsewhere so booked ibis at 7pm on the day of the stay - it was all ready and personnel super nice and helpful.

Some coffee/tea/bottle of water in the room would be appreciated.Also in one of the rooms (we booked 2) there was something ressembling a fire alarm above the bed which was blinking quite intense red non-stop.

Brand new, modern and eclectic hotel, brightly colored and unique. Staff was excellent. –Cami, Michele, Antoine were all very pleasant, helpful and knowledgeable, and couldn’t do enough for you. Would definitely recommend this to anyone.Rooms are small, but very adequate for a 1 to 3 nights stay .Good location, close to tram or walkable to Christmas villages.Thank you for a great stay .
