Hôtel Couvent du Franciscain Centre ville

The staff is veery friendly. Rooms are clean and they have an excellant breakfast. Fairly easy walk to the cathedrel.

Close to the city and very adequate

Shower leaked on the floor

Modern, spacious and cozy hall, polite staff

Small room, a few small things were missing (a nice bottle of water, bath set, big towels, etc)

Nice stuff, very good location, clean snd good value for money.

It was pleasant. I liked the sitting area, in front of the lift: clean, cosy, new and modern. I only missed a fridge in the room. The rest was really good, and nice helpful staff, especially the young lady who gladly woke me up early in the morning so that I don’t miss my train.

Staff,locations,modern

Staff, breakfast and bathroom were topGood location close to city centrePossibility to keep your luggage safe while visiting the city after leaving the room

The room was rather small.. a small passage between bed and wall onlyInternet was very weak to none existing in the room... my phone & tablet switched continuously to 5G... In the announcement, the availability of a private parking area is mentioned... however, this needs to be booked in advance and paid @ 14 € per 24 hours. As we didn't book, we had to go to a public parking lot 500m further... @ 21€/ 24 hrs. A pity this was not more clearly mentioned and that we didn't book timely

Excellent location with the added bonus of parking.Staff were very friendly and helpful.

We have no negative comments.

The hotel was very clean and the staff were friendly.

The hotel was located just outside of the central area but it didn’t matter too much because it was a short work.

The location was great! Just a 8 minute walk to the cathedral in old town. The room was of good size, beds comfortable with nice linens and very quiet. The breakfast was tasty with a large selection. The staff was very nice and professional. There’s lots of places to eat, chocolate shop, pharmacy, grocery store and a postal shop only steps away.

The parking is off property and a bit of a hassle to access the facility as a remote from the front desk is needed to open the gates. Once the car was parked, it stayed.

Perfect to get into town centre for the Christmas Markets. Breakfast was good.

The rooms were very very small. Was woken in the early hours by the sounds of trolleys being wheeled along the road. Shower leaked. The amount you pay breakfast should be included in the price not charged separately.

Easy to get to

Rooms were old and needed an update paint etc

The staff is very friendly, and the breakfast location is gorgeous. The hotel is a short walk from the old city center.

Nice helpful staff

Thev hotel is dated. Paint chipped off walls. Poor choice of food for breakfast. The website said that the hotel has a bar. This is not the case. They have a few bottles of wine lying around and if you want a glass the reception will pour you a glass. Same with tea.

Unkind staff -uninterested and unhelpful. Parking far away and high up with no elevator

Staff, parking and roomsize

Good location, between the main station and the city centre. Comfortable room.

Breakfast choice a bit limited, particularly if you don't eat meat or cheese. Bathroom quite cramped and the shower door didn't seal properly

Really quiet location with a comfortable modern room and a good breakfast.

No complaints but Google was challenging to find it set back from the street.

Staff were friendly and helpful, location was good Secure parking close to Hotel

No coffee making facilities in room, Rooms small and noisy Limited choices for breakfast

Good breakfast, comfy bed. Walking distance into Strasbourg

Driving to the hotel was difficult due to lots of road closures. The hotel is at the top of a narrow lane, that you must reverse out of onto a main road. Parking is in walking distance, but there is no lift in the car park, which may be an issue if you have mobility problems
