Pros +
- Lovely staff and great location right next to Strasbourg center. Breakfast was okay.
- The kind staff
- I forgot my waist bag with the passports and all my money and they called me and told me that I left it in the room
Cons -
- The rooms are small and so dark, that they give a really bad vibes. The room wasn’t perfectly clean, from what I could see in the darkness. Overall it felt more like a 3 star stay.
- It’s a little bit old , poor lighting & too expensive comparing to its regular price in normal days.In fact we stayed during the “marche de Noel” period, in the deluxe room .the price of 600€ per night for two persons, was unreasonable. But if you choose another time to stay in , paying the regular price , it will be logical..
- Might have extra variety for the breakfast

Helpful staff, comfortable beds, electric car charging, nice breakfast
All good
The hotel was lovely. It was a few blocks from both the Christmas Market (reason for my stay) and a tram stop to the train station. I loved the big "HOTEL" sign off the front. The lobby was tastefully decorated, and the staff was very friendly and accommodating - I arrived early so they stored my luggage for me while I went sight-seeing. The elevator was tiny - enough room for 1 person and their luggage, but that wasn't an issue for me. I was on the top floor and LOVED how the dormer window opened down - which was necessary since the room was overly warm and the temperature controls didn't seem to work to turn off the heat. Whatever, it was fine. The bed was comfy, the bathroom was small but perfectly arranged to make use of space. Also LOVED the heated towel warmer- what a treat!!! There was a minibar and snacks that I didn't take advantage of, but I did end up eating breakfast there - the typical buffet, perfect for my basic needs. Overall, it was truly a lovely stay, I would definitely recommend and happily stay there again.
Couldn't turn off the heat for some reason... but the dormer window opened so it was fine.
Great location, property has an underground secured parking, nice breakfast
The breakfast area is a bit too small and gets very crowded
Nice location
The room too small, i could barely walk around my bed due to the fridge at the left end corner.
Location was ok
Not used to being charged for water and coffee Poorly lit roomNo storage for clothes
Staff was very nice. Helped immediately and were always present.
Parking was way too tight, even for my smaller-sized vehicle. The downhill slope to the garage is dangerous for cars — even if yours isn’t lower than average. Ours hit the ground despite driving extremely slowly. There’s also no room to turn your wheels, so you have only one possible position to drive down. The nearby public parking is actually €2 cheaper than the hotel’s, so I would recommend using that instead.Secondly, our room had only two working sockets in the bedroom and one in the bathroom, which made it impossible to charge multiple devices at the same time.
The location is convenient, with a supermarket downstairs and the city center only a short distance away.
Very disappointing service. On my first night, after washing my hair, I found that the hairdryer in the room was not working. I called the front desk, but the staff told me she didn’t have the authority to get another one. I explained that my hair was wet, did she expect me to just leave it like that? She didn’t even apologize and only said that they would replace it the next day when the housekeeping staff came to work. I’ve never heard of a hotel front desk that can’t provide a working hairdryer or replace one for a guest. Truly unacceptable service.
Upon check-in, I was asked to let them write down my card details so they could charge me for drinks I'd used or for any damage to the room. I asked again if they wanted to freeze the deposit on my card using the terminal, but no, they wanted the card details. This is the first time I've encountered such a requirement. Of course, I refused. It's good that I managed to negotiate a cash deposit. The room itself was very cramped, definitely not worth the 100 euros I paid for it.
Comfortable bed, good selection for breakfast. Friendly helpful staff
Airconditioning erratic - couldnt get it cool enough. Had to open s window for cool air and then traffic and trams were audible.
Good location, very clean and nice design
The internet was not working most of the time
Excellent place near the center of Strasbourg.Very good breakfast. If you're with a car, get parking at the nearby parkhaus for about 20EUR a night.
I was given the room exactly as I requested and was very happy initially.
The room had a very strong sewage smell from the bathroom. It made our stay very uncomfortable
Good location, good maintained hotelAlso very clean and kind staff
Nice staff, very helpful. Clean room and common spaces. Great buffet breakfast
Lack of plugs need the bed.A coffee machine in room (wonderful) with bad coffee.
The hotel and room decor was modern and we liked the quirky lifts. Perhaps consideration for rectangular pillows rather than square. Overall very happy with the experience, staff were friendly, helpful and multilingual.
Great location and clean and comfortable hotel with friendly staff
Pillows were a little uncomfortable
Very clean- daily upkeep very superb.Good location and nice staff.
Wifi reconnection is a bit taxing. The property is a bit dark - could benefit from some light.
