The check in and breakfast staff were fantastic! Our room was really nice and clean. Bathroom was great. The highlight of the stay was the Breakfast! AH-Mazing.

Ibis hotels have a high level of services as usual. It was clean, staff was nice and helpful. Location was very close to D tram, and I would say around 50 meters. So you can get to any point of city quite fast. In general I would say that stay in this hotel gives a good value for the price.

My window was open during the night and aimed to some road. The traffic woke me up several times.

Everything was good for me, and the young lady with red curly hair-(i don't know her name)-at the reception was really-really kind with me. I cant speak in franch but she talked with me in english in Strasbourg.Thank you very much!! ? The breakfast was plentiful for this price.

The place from the hotel was good, it wasn't in the center but there is tram and for 10 minutes you are in the center. For the room i can say that it was not that big, but for overnight is was good. And the breakfast was 4 out od 5. I would recommend to everyone ??

Location, was hard to get to ,

We chose the hotel based on price and location (close to the Students Dorm). Due to the holidays, there were plenty of parking spaces 2 blocks away (but I guess street parking can be challenging). The tram is just in front of the hotel and it is the most practical transportation. The breakfast was great, the stuff nice, everything was very clean.

The only objections are the view (street, but it was not noisy – good soundproofing) and the lack of a wardrobe (only two shelves, we had to keep our things mainly in the suitcases).

The bed was big and comfortable, the staff was very friendly and helpful. Our little one has received many cute gifts and was very happy. Location is also good, right by the tram stop that in takes you to the city center and Christmas markets.

Amazing value for its price, great quality breakfast, helpful and caring stuff.

Nothing to say really

It was well located and very convenient for my son and I who were just passing through Strasbourg. The hotel was clean and we had a good breakfast.

The service was really good. We went during Christmas. And the staffs there were all super helpful. Location is very good, just a few steps away from train station.

Good location, but not in center of Strasbourg. Convenient access to tram that connects to train station and city center. Great breakfast. Staff person worked very hard to get us a taxi early on christmas morning

The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating. Without requesting, they organised an early check in for us when we arrived. The room was exactly what we wanted, an excellent bed, well insulated and nice and clean. We were very pleased with the location, great proximity to the tram and a quick ride in to the center. Would definitely recommend.

Overpriced. Small rooms. Breakfast was below average. Hardly anything fresh. For 260 EUR per night, rooms and bathroom have to be more spacious. Breakfast has to be much better.

The staff were really polite and so helpful. Breakfast was also decent. I also like that they have 24-hr check in and secure parking.

There was a weird bad smell in the elevator from the garage to the hotel and the room looks like they haven’t been updated in a while.
