Great location, fun interior design, and excellent value for money.

We left and found another...

Our room was not appropriate for a family but was called a family room. The painting in the rooms was meant to be something we could enjoy but the paintings were not appropriate for children and my kids were uncomfortable.

Friendly and helpful staff. Comfortable bed that you can also adjust. Heater was working great. Very clean room and bathroom when I checked in. Great location too! Close to the main attractions and essential establishments.

I was only given fresh towels on my last night after I called the Housekeeping.

Excellent location, staff were so helpful and friendly, would definitely stay here again Liked having fridge and kitchen shared facilities as made my stay more flexible

The location is fantastic. Only few minutes walk from the Strasbourg station. Staff are welcoming with superb English. Well explained about the things I need to know about my stay. The artist who designed my room gave me a painting as a gift of me staying on Christmas Day which was lovely.

Lack of basic amenities such as a kettle. You have to go to the pantry area just to get some hot water. There is no other types of tissue apart from the toilet roll.

The location is great, just 5 mins walking from the train station, 10 mins to access the centre of Xmas market. It has an elevator which is convenient if you travel with heavy luggage. Staffs are super friendly and try their best to assist guests.

I like that the hotel was near the train station. A bit of a walk to the centre of the town but I expected that. Heat worked great.

I didn’t like, despite being on the first floor, that the glass door opened to a concrete shaft. It could easily make someone feel claustrophobic. This should be indicated in the listing (with a photo) that there is no proper window.

Location was excellent - few mins from the train station. The family rooms were a really good size too for the price. The staff were super helpful and friendly.

No mini fridge in the room. Soundproofing could also be improved.

The location was perfect — just a quick 2-minutes walk to the central train station, which made getting around incredibly convenient.The staff were very nice and made the experience even more pleasant.

This was second time we stayed here and the family room wasn't good if compared with 1st time. We requested the high floor but the room was fully booked so we got the first floor with room no. 109 and the restaurant was under our room so we can smell smoking if we opened the window. Its's noisy sound in and out of the hotel. Also, we cant open the window at the back due to heat pipe.

The Bed was wide and comfortable. We found the room concepts and how the artsy feel was incorporated also fantastic. The staff was very nice and helpful when I struggled with my poor French and was able to also help in both German and English. Absolutely would visit again.

The area of putting stuff or placing a suitcase to unpack is very limited beyond the bed. Since the rooms are very artsy though, the trade-off is understandable to give more space to the gallery.

My room was on the 4th floor, and I stayed only 1 night. It was so small, but has anything that you need. 2 windows (one in the room, one in the toilet), heating, tv, plugs around, toiletries, good wifi, comfortable bed and pillow, location opposite of the train station for about 150m. Good breakfast, lovely, kind and helpfull staff.

Very close to the main train station, old town and major sights Super chill staff. Has a nice alternative vibe going, setting it apart from the usual.
