Staff are unbelievable (not necessarily in a good way)! First at the spa, yes I was relaxed in a good way bc of my massage but in a couples sort of massage when I fell asleep (yes I snored bc of medical issues but woke myself up bc of it and was super embarrassed but was told by my other counterpart staff had a hard time holding back or laughing is not comforting at all!!!! Had I known this to begin with, it would have definitely been mentioned asap! Staff should hold back on what they don’t know! Additionally, even if I was fully dressed underneath a bathrobe, I was still denied entrance to breakfast! Yes, so was upset and almost chose not to return (had it not been for my daughter)! His hotel is beautiful but staff are super rude! Even my room maid showed better customer service than everyone else! She deserves a super huge bonus but no one penalty gives her enough credit!

The tub—no shower. The tub was filthy. I had to clean.

All staff were extremely accommodating. They assisted happily with luggage. They accommodated all requests. Husband uses a walker and they accommodated those needs well both in the room (fantastic accessible shower) and in the hotel in general with accessible access to all floors. The restaurant which is not part of the hotel per se was a very nice experience architecturally and gastronomically. We would recommend for sure. Next time would like to stay longer!!

All the staff were absolutely wonderful. They were very polite, helpful, and proactive in assisting me with everything without any hesitation.The resort’s location is excellent and adds real value to the overall experience.

The room I received was not the same as the one shown in the booking photos, and unfortunately they couldn’t change it because the resort was fully booked.There was an issue with the electricity; it made strange noises that felt unsafe and uncomfortable.

The breakfast was delicious and there was a variety of foods to enjoy. I loved the space in the room. The location was great and easy to walk to restaurants and shopping.

The pool was indoors. Not really a negative just a personal preference.

I like everything about the hotel: people, environment, cleanliness, breakfast, ambience, etc

Breakfast was amazing, the only small inconvenience we had was that the front desk told us the weekend hours, so we sadly missed the first day of breakfast. But during the second day we were able to enjoy a perfect breakfast!

World class facility and staff. We're kind enough to assist with the staff wifi login for our baby monitor. Also very child friendly providing us a cot, baby bath and baby towel.

The parking was very expensive on top of the premium rate.

We had a wonderful stay. The room was beautiful - spacious, modern, minimalistic, and very clean with a comfortable bed. The breakfast was fantastic with lots of pastries and fresh yogurt. The amenities are a standout: a free-to-use pool, sauna, and steam room (just be sure to book your hour in advance as slots fill up).The staff were incredibly helpful and attentive. A small miscommunication about breakfast was handled with grace. Thank you to the team!If we find ourselves in Strasbourg, would definitely stay again!

Location is a little bit off - but not a major issue as we enjoy walking and exploring around Strasbourg.

Beautiful building and had a gym

Felt very cold and just give off quite a budget look and feel inside. The bar located in the hotel lacked energy and food and drink was very poor quality.

Breakfast and spa were very good. Staff was very friendly. Design and location of the hotel were nice as well.

The size of the room was very disappointing, there was a the bed, with 1 meter around it and a very basic bathroom. There was a tiny desk tucked away in a corner. No comfortable chair, no bath tub and hardly any space to put your clothing.

Stunning hotel, great location, modern, luxurious and comfortable rooms and an excellent shower, but above all the service and staff made the difference. From the first correspondence and assistance with booking the parking, through fulfilling all the requests we made in advance regarding the rooms to the fact that they did everything they could to assist us when we needed medical assistance during our stay at the hotel. And a special thank you to Carla who helped us at night with booking a doctor to the hotel room.Unfortunately, due to the medical incident, we did not have time to check out the breakfast or the spa, but we are sure that we will return to this hotel as soon as possible. Thanks to all the staff who go the extra mile

it was great above all, love the location because it was close to everything in the center but without the noise and crowds, the building is really beautiful and breakfast had a lot of selection of everything. Staff very kind and helpful. Loved our stay for the christmas week.

sadly every day after they cleaned our room, we had to come and open de windows because the particular smell that left the cleaning person, the bed is really 2 twin beds together, not a king bed, it was ok, not the best bed for a 4 star hotel bed, but still good.
