Very central, rims are nice tidy and clean. They do offer breakfast but didn’t try it

The noise insulation with the other rooms could be improved

Bar inside the hotel, clean, I was able to deposit my luggage for 8 hours after checkout

A short walk to the station but very central. Friendly staff are very helpful. Comfortable room and good value breakfast. Will go again

Close to the station and to the center.The rooms are small but well kept and clean. Beds are very comfortable.

Front desk staff were friendly and breakfast was good.

Bed was too firm and the mattress seemed cheap.

Location was nice room was nice. But the temeparture sensor was off. It showed 25 degrees and it actually was around 20, it was ok. The sensor was off I think but the staff was nit veey helpful in this regard.

Location was amazing. It's near the main train station. Near grocery stores, bakeries, lots of other shops & restaurants. Walking distance to petite france and main city center! Room had stacked storage cubes/cabinet, definitely useful when floor space was limited.

Rooms were small, especially the bathroom. Wooden floors were squeaky. Only USB ports near some beds, no normal plugs, which can be a pro, but a con for me as I charge everything using my 1 adapter. Not much space to open luggages with 4 ppl.

Old furnitures in the room and in the bathroom there is no lock on the door, very small bathroom and shower

The location was amazing and the price was incredible for being right during the Christmas market season. Staff were very nice and gave me a map and stored my luggage after I checked out so I could spend more time at the market.

The room did not get very warm.

Convenient to have breakfast at hotel. Location with regards to city center was excellent. Having a lift available for baggage was a plus.

The bed was really close to the window which could be an issue for folks with ambulatory issues.

The location is nice and close to everything. However I would not stay this close to gare area as the atmosphere is not very pleasent in the street. The room is not big but is okay for short stays. The staff was helpful.

I saw human hair on the various parts of the bed as soon as I pulled the blanket. How can you not check and see this obvious black hair on a white sheet after cleaning the room for a new hotel guest?

The location is perfect as very central. The room is well design and bathroom is clean.

Visited in Christmas period, perfect location outside of checkpoint perimeter but super close to train terminal and few minutes from center. Breakfast is great with lots of options. Good beer in the lobby bar

- The hotel is very close to the center - The hotel gives a voucher with some discount for one of the closest parkings - The room was very clean

- The AC was not strong enough - You could hear everything from the other rooms … - VERY expensive for a 3 start hotel… we went during the Christmas markets so it was expected but for the price at least they could give free breakfast

Pretty good location as it is near the train station. Christmas Market location/s is a bit far but walkable. Staff is really nice and helpful. Nice, enough space, cozy and clean room.

Neat, tidy, good location, good sized rooms, shower was small but workable.

The room provided did not match what was booked or advertised on Booking.com. We booked a double room but were placed in an incorrect room on the first night. After complaining, the room was changed multiple times, and the issue was only fully resolved on the last night.Facilities were inconsistent between rooms (for example, heating was missing in one room). Staff gave misleading information initially and only offered an acceptable solution after repeated complaints. Being told the hotel was “fully booked” is not acceptable, as the booking was made correctly in advance.
