    Pros +

    • Clean, helpful staff. Great breakfast.
    • Quiet location next to large park, spacious and clean room, friendly staff
    • I enjoyed the neighborhood, the hotel looked good from inside and outside, kinda close to 2 bus stations, but not quite near the hotel itself, a nice view, a spacious room with a big balcony, the hotel staff was receptive and did solve our requests and the breakfast was good value and tasted good. And the heating was ok, especially after they solved our issues and especially in the bathroom were they had an electric heater which you could fully control. The hotel is close to the Park of Orangerie and European Council.

    Cons -

    • It?s more like the apartment service not a hotel. Bed was tiny and not comfortable.
    • 20 minute walk to tram downtown . Not a good amount of restaurants nearby.
    • About 25 minutes walk from the old town, but nearby buses are available

The hotel is a bit old, a bit outated. The room window, or more like the door to balcony was brocken, it couldn’t fully close and it was cold for the first night, also the heaters weren’t working but after that, they got it fixed and for the last of the nights everything was ok. It’s not a top tier hotel, because the positioning is not the best, it’s not near the old town or a tram station, and the hotel is kinda old, maybe the price is a bit high for what it offers, but we still enjoyed it, but it could be better in the future.

The hotel was super clean . It was nice to have 24 hour reception. A convenient 15 min walk to tram into town or you can walk all the way in about 30 minutes. Area was residential and quiet.

Breakfast could have had some fresh fruits. Room could have had a safe and bathtub could have had some grab rails.

+ nice balcony, lots of space, comfortable bed, next to a lovely park

-renovation required, very dated furniture and decor, the kitchenette is more than basic, some parts of it seem to be falling apart, the plush carpet seems very old with loads of stains and even the chair had a nasty stain. I think the room was otherwise well cleaned, however, all you see is the horrible carpet.Breakfast is ok, but nothing special, some fruit would be niceI stayed during the European Parliament plenary week when hotels are always expensive, even so the price was too high for what they offered.

The location is good and really quite area.

It was my second stay at that hotel. Internet is the main problem. Equipments are old and some electricity outlet did not work.

Spacious rooms, nice view and environment.

Breakfast is not worth the price. The lady at reception didn’t come across as particularly welcoming.

    8RufatPosted on: 4-11-2025

Spacious and clean rooms, very quiet at night. Staff were helpful and welcoming. Location is a bit away from the center, but it’s peaceful. Great value for the price!

The furniture feels a bit outdated. Breakfast was fine, but the variety could be improved for longer stays.

The hotel is well located, rooms are large and clean. The area is super silent over night

    Comfortable bed

Very dated room for the price we paid. Location was not great either.

    7DariaPosted on: 1-15-2025

An incredible offer for the price, nice big comfortable bed. I liked the option of ordering a breakfast in bed.

Furniture looks a bit worn out, like the hotel had seen better times. An employee at the reception was very friendly and helpful at the beginning, but when we arrived later (9pm) and wanted to buy a beer at the hotel bar where other people were already sitting, she looked very annoyed and replied unfriendly. She also told they don't have the beer we wanted, although people next to us were drinking it. It confused us a lot, as if we did something prohibited, and messed up the mood from the trip.

Beautiful hotel, lovely staff, comfortable and spacious rooms, good breakfast.

Location is not super central but still at an acceptable distance. Price is high compared to the facilities in a city like Strasbourg.

    8AlessioPosted on: 1-5-2025

Room very spacious and quite clean. Little kitchen available, boiler too and cutlery.

Bed not really comfortable, could be improved with a new mattress

    9SofiaPosted on: 1-3-2025

Comfortable and spacious, well equipped kitchenette, nice desk, two TVs.Tasty breakfast with cacao and coffee from the machine included. Nice balcony. Close to a lovely park - short walk through the park to the tram!

The sofa bed mattress was hard and there were hard bars sticking out.

    8ViolettaPosted on: 1-1-2025

We stayed in the hotel for Christmas holidays with children, all staff was very friendly and polite .

Unfortunately, the room was not very clean- net on the wall , carpet and furniture very old, the breakfast the same every day, small choice of fresh healthy food.

    8Hari S.Posted on: 12-31-2024

    Standard hotel. Nothing special.

To go to city centre of Strasbourg, need to take bus. No coffee or tea in the room ?‍?. Carpeted floor, not good for somebody with dust allergy.

    9SofiaPosted on: 12-29-2024

Spacious, comfortable and very clean room. Very quiet and beautiful neighborhood. The staff was very friendly and breakfast was decent.

The hotel is located a bit far from Strasbourg centre, but there are tram and bus stops at 10-15min walking distance.

    Comfortable rooms

Staff were rude on arrival the girl didnt even greet us warmly, and room wasn't ready at 3pm for check in, after complaining they made something work. They also advertised parking on booking however when get there staff gave no help or insight into parking, no parking on site and on the road can cost you €30 plus. It was also out of the city.

    4ZeldaPosted on: 12-24-2024

The rooms were large and comfortable

The hotel is old and the decor extremely dated. The balconies of the rooms are grim and weeds are growing in the flowerbeds.(no flowers at all) The tiles on the balconies are loose and cracked and chipped. A little bit of maintenance will go a long way. The breakfast is extremely basic. No fresh fruit and overcooked scrambled eggs. Nothing to get excited about.
