Le Grand Hotel By Stay Collection

Hotel location is perfect for short city break. You can walk everywhere, train station and lufthansa bus close by. Staff was welcoming and nice breakfast. Room is quite basic, but clean and you have everything you need.

Price was really high on Christmas market period.

Great location, directly across from the train station with all tourist destinations within easy walking distance. Very good breakfast, and I must say, the bedding was superb.

Wish they had a restaurant but there is a good selection within a block or two.

Central location, opposite station and near tram. Good breakfast.

Spartan room. Bed + a little crappy wooden table. A sign said that "the minibar was recently removed to improve the green footprint of [my] stay"... Lowering overall temperatures by 2 degrees would do better. Bad quality WIFI.

Excellent location, good breakfast, helpful and friendly staff. The room was clean and tidy

A little bit stingy on the room facilities, no kettle or drinks provided - vending machine in the lobby charges 3 Euro

Large room. Great location. Very clean. Lovely Christmas extras. Fabulous breakfast. Very enjoyable stay.

Excellent location staff helpful super clean Great breakfast can't fault and would definitely recommend

It was all good

Nice modern hotel close to the station.

The heating control was imprecise so a comfortable room setting was difficult to achieve.

Well located, small but functional room, friendly staff.

good location and helpful staff

room didn't have a refrigerator

I asked beforehand for a room with a bathtub, and at arrival it turned out they upgraded us to an exclusive room with a bit more luxery and an enormous tub! The bed, bathroom, etc was all great. It was nice near the Gare central, some shops and restaurants around the corner, very close to the historic city center! Breakfast in bed and breakfast buffet was superb, the staff was wonderful.

Absolutely nothing!

Clean, comfortable, near the station but quiet. Good breakfast.

Dark in the room

Very close to train station, many eateries and very nice staff

Shower curtain instead of shower screen

Very conveniently located right across from the train station. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was nice and clean too. We had to check out early one morning and they have a take away breakfast service that was very nice to have.

This hotel was a great choice for our trip. We were right across the street from the train station and in walkable distance to all the attractions. We traveled to several cities and were able to just walk across the street to catch our train. The breakfast was delicious.

All good.

The hotel was perfectly located for the station and town. The room were perfect for a short stay, well decorated, clean, comfortable, warm and a great bathroom.

The room was clean, comfortable and quiet.

Everything was great! The room was very clean, the location is very close to the train station and the city center, which was very convenient. The breakfast was excellent, and the staff were friendly and helpful. I really enjoyed my stay.

Perfect location if you need to be close to the train station, a short walk to the action in town. Good sized room, good breakfast, excellent value for money.

Duvet felt a bit 'heavy'

Convenient location at the Central Station plaza with a nice view to the bubble.Breakfast included and plentiful but not tasty at all.

Shabby beyond decency, Not true to the photos on the Booking, inconvenient bed bending in the middle, one socket not by the bed, stains on the walls, rusty heaters, half hanging curtains, worn off shower and water taps.We were checking in at 11 pm having made the online check in, and it took us 20 minutes with the receptionist barely looking at you.I think they have more refurbished rooms which they sell and then put you in the shabby ones when you have no way to change something. Would not recommend it.Felt cheated.

The location is super. Its breakfast is normal, nothing extra and those times at the restaurant is a little bit crowded.
