    Pros +

    • Great breakfast
    • Very polite and helpful staff, this is the most valuable per my opinion. Great location, 5 min from the main train station. Good connection (bus and tram) with all city parts. Good continental breakfast. Quiet neighborhood. Adapted to people with disabilities. Place for smokers.
    • Not far from city centre

    Cons -

    • Ventilation system. Sometimes it smells when someone in the next room is cooking.
    • Shower tube was leaking and impossible to use. Our room was on the first floor so it got noisy at 7 am
    • There were about 30 centimeters to walk in between the bed and wall every time I wanted to get to the kitchen or closet, requiring a strange side shuffle. The room simply wasn’t big enough for two beds and they’d been crammed in to charge for two adults when it should have been a studio. For the price, and with the space situation, I also think having amenities like coffee, tea, coffee filters, salt, maybe oil, would go a long way. Because it was fairly bare bones, the mattresses were old and curved to the middle, and the space was so absurdly used, it felt unwelcoming or purely functional. I certainly wouldn’t stay in that room for more than a couple of nights.

Neat, clean, simple and safe place to stay for a stop in Strasbourg. It’s a quick walk from the train station and to the old town. It has the essentials in the kitchen and good staff. I found it very clean and a solid choice. It was also wonderfully quiet. I could stay again in a different room. I see the value for money especially at Christmas in Strasbourg, so I left feeling positive.

    The location.

It was extremely cold. The temperature was 0 to 3° most days and minus overnight. Except for a portable heater the heating simply was not sufficient for the apartment and there was no heating in the bathroom that worked.

    Location

In the morning the breakfast is less! The breakfast at the week days finish until 10:00 we go at 9:45 multiple times and almost everything was finished only cornflakes and some bread for 3K and more what I spend to this hotelSecondly the room never came to clean He says once a week The bins are full in the room Towels for one week the same It's shame we re human not animals

The location was decent for accessing the train station as well as all of the Christmas Markets. It was just far enough removed from the chaos to take a break. I LOVED the addition if the vin chaud in the lobby daily.

The room was a bit like a cell but it had everything that was needed. The bed was hard, and the walls could use a good scrubbing.Im not convinced that the cost of the room was warranted but understand that it was a busy tourist time.

    Bed was comfortable

Floors were dirty upon arrival, shelves covered in dust, paint chips all over the walls, the shower head was broken and could not hold itself up to shower at all comfortable height, hot water was non existent (for two days straight it took 30+ minutes to get the water to at least luke warm, enough to shower- maintenance was called and did not help, basically told us it is a big problem across the whole building and nothing they can do)

Staff were helpful concerned about the cleanliness issues we raised and dealt with these issues quickly. Aparthotel style with everything you need, small room and very small bathroom. Apparently undergoing room by room upgrade. More student style accommodation with colourful reception area. Great idea was the wall of small appliances that you could borrow for your stay, ideal if you want a good coffee machine. Location is excellent, easy walking distance to Petite France.

Cleanliness, mould in bathroom, stains on mattress in first room, but staff answered our concerns quickly and changed our room. Staff engaged in making sure that you have a great stay. Room small, but that is common in France.

Location convenient to station and tourist sites, kitchenette, comfortable bed

    Can’t think of anything

    7PatrickPosted on: 10-1-2025

Rooms are a good size and modern. Not a 4 or 5 star hotel, but the staff were friendly, helpful and on the ball. 10 minute walk from town and station.

Very good location. Close to both the train station and the center. Breakfast was nice with good vegan options. The room was spacious and comfortable. The hotel amenities like washer and dryer were convenient. The staff was helpful.

There is major construction next door and behind the hotel so it begins to get noisy in the morning and part of the street is closed off. The hotel is cute with lots of furnishings and games for kids but it needs editing; it is too cluttered and lots of hotel cleaning supplies left out in the open.

    Good location, spacy room

I didn’t like the view from the balcony and the noise from the building site

The location is wonderful, general areas are nice and staff is very friendly

We especially booked a room with two twin beds, but still got a king bed to share, no other opinions, since hotel was fully booked. Room was not clean, dusty on top of surfaces. Badroom smelled like urine and there was mold in the corners of the shower. Shower head was not adjustable and stuck to kids height...

The hotel was perfect for a small stay in strasbourg! I usually come here for day trips since I don’t live that far away and this hotel had everything I need! Check in was easy and you are allowed to leave your bags if your room isn’t ready yet and you can do the same when you check out! Everything was nice and clean and the staff were very welcoming and warming. I had a balcony view and it wasn’t an amazing view but it was nice to relax reading on the balcony. The location is good as well since it’s very close to the train station. If you Ubereats, it’s very easy for the drivers to find you. Overall, I had a wonderful stay!

    I loved everything!

Amazing location for our purposes - very close to both the city center and the train station. The room was large enough, had a mini-kitchen with basic cooking utensils (so it would be good for a multi-day stay too). We really appreciated the possibility to leave our luggage with them in the morning up until check-in time, very helpful.

Cleanliness could definitely be improved, especially in the bathroom (e.g. mold near the shower area), as well as the toilet paper used (possibly the thinnest I've ever come across)

The room was spacious, well equipped, and very clean. It was close to everything and very convenient.

We arrived at the aparthotel 45 mins earlier than the check-in time and had to wait in the lobby, which has some waiting chairs and offers complimentary water, however bear in mind that the wifi signal in the lobby is fluctuating. Our accommodation was on the 6th floor, easily accessible through the 2 elevators on site. The room is fairly spacious for 2 people for one or two nights, might consider something bigger for a lengthier stay in Strasbourg. The adjoining kitchen area is suitable for take-away and coffee/tea preparing. Bed was comfortable, no issues with running hot water in the bathroom. Also has a balcony that suits 2 people. We appreciated that in the morning, before check-out, although we didn't have breakfast included, we were offered a free coffee from the restaurant coffee machine by staff at the reception.

The bathroom furniture is a little outdated and the shower has some rusty areas, but all in all good value for money for a 3 star accommodation.
