Location - near the station and close to amenities. Air conditioning was most welcome with 30degree heat outside.

It wasnt clean, the bathroom floor was filthy and disgusting. We couldn't wait to leave the next morning.

We had terrible hygiene experience where my wife was infected by bed bugs on our single-night stay at room 55 on Friday

Sound insulation is very poor: you can hear everything from the corridor and neighboring rooms. The bathroom door doesn’t fully close, and the vent transmits noise from the room above like a speaker.

We have stayed there just for one night in December. The hotel is perfectly located right in front of the train station and a walk away to the centre. The check in and checkout were swift and staff was very friendly.

The price was a bit high considering the hotel standard, but the in Strasbourg in the Christmas Market period it is to be expected.

Quite dirty, nosy, very strange sensors in the elevator - push yourself in the back max to start moving.

Perfect location, nice breakfast with several cheese, bread and meat types, clean and warm rooms, very kind personel.

This hotel is ideally situated for train travelers, very near the main station and in a lively area. The rooms are reasonably large, quiet and have comfortable beds. The breakfast buffet is excellent, with plenty of choice. Staff are friendly.

The price is rather high. The lifts are really cramped.

Conveniently located near the train station and ideal for going to the Christmas Markets in Strasbourg. Room was a little tired but clean. Breakfast was good and staff were very helpful. Quite expensive for the star level which I suspect is due to the Christmas market.

Noise into the late evening was noticeable and as the room was very warm we needed the window open slightly.

Good location: easy walk to main sights and city centre. Would be perfect if traveling by train. Staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was reasonably good for the price. Parking at the train station was OK, and the hotel offered a discount on the normal parking price.

The price per night was way too expensive compared to the size and quality of the room, even considering it was a peak season. The room was very cramped, squeezed into a small, awkwardly angled space. While that is not necessarily bad as a place to sleep, it was not comfortable for relaxing. The bathroom was tiny and poorly lit. The shower was extremely tiny, with hardly enough space to wash properly, and there was mold growing inside. The bed was very uncomfortable due to the mattress being rock-hard. Overall it was not a comfortable space, and we expected much more for the ridiculously high price we paid per night.

Staff was very friendly. Great location. Room was ok. The hotel is old but it does the job.
