Very comfortable, spacious, clean, with a great coffee bar. Nice kitchenette and bathroom.

Perfect location. Confy bed. Great walk-in shower. Nice staff.

No one mentioned that the bedroom coffee machine used a type of coffee capsule that no supermarket sells (not at all great). In addition, the dishwasher had a leak (not great either).

The primary advantage of our stay was the excellent location; we were within easy walking distance of the beautiful Petite France district and the historic center. The staff were generally very friendly and helpful when we interacted with them. Having a tram stop right outside the door made getting around the city incredibly easy and efficient. The overall feel is 'no frills but good value,' perfect if you plan to be out exploring all day and just need a clean, functional base for the night

Room was smelly and not clean. the beds are terrible quality and no double beds, only individual beds stuck together, making a couple night impossible (risk of falling between beds).Bathrooms are oldish and could have been cleaner. Soap dispenser were not working. Had to request 3 times for additional pillow for a kid in the room

Staff was excellent. Apartments were basic, but the beds were comfortable.

The hotel/apartment is located in a quiet area just 15 mins by foot to Strasbourg center. The room itself (I booked a double twin bed) was large and had 2 extra beds (1 sofa bed and 1 single bed). What I liked most is that it had everything you need in addition to standard hotel facilities. For example, it had a kitchen, full supplies for cooking (pots, pans, knives, plates, cups, utensils, dishwasher, microwave). The staff were friendly even though they were obviously tired. One gave us recommendations for his favorite authentic French restaurants. We went to one and it was indeed amazing. Overall, I was pleasantly surprised and would likely stay there again the next time I visit.

The building is really old and badly in need of renovations. The heating system didn’t work, the shower ceiling was falling apart, the building is generally quite dingy and unappealing.

The staff were nice, and it was a spacious room.

Mattresses were worn out and not flat, the duvet had a hole, the kettle wasn't clean and black particles came out, and the hand soap was empty.

We liked location as the short tram to center of Strasbourg stops literally in front of hotel. Had private Parking (15 Euros) attached to hotel. Carrefour market across the street. Small kitchen . Clean and comfortable.

Don’t expect rooms to be cleaned early for too early of check in.

The bathroom needs a light over the shower, and there is some mildew forming. It could be knocked out with one treatment of bleach cream though.

The room was spacious and had nice amenities especially the small kitchen. The hotel is in a good location with a tram stop right outside the front door. The hotel was easy to navigate and things were convenient to access such as the parking area. The staff was very helpful and friendly. We only stayed one night but enjoyed it that we would have stayed longer.

The room showed its age with some ware and tear but overall the room looked maintained.

I liked the location. Everything was walkable and we had the tram station right in front of the hotel.

The AC didn’t work. Thankfully it was nice at night and we were able to open the window to sleep comfortably.

breakfast was very bad. Old stuff few days old, fruit like orange was not eatable anymore, broke juice machine, croissaints were full shit and old and imagine we were in France
