Adagio Strasbourg Place Kleber Aparthotel

The manager, Anthony is very accommodating and courteous. Tried hard to assigned us 2 rooms near each other on the 2nd floor eventhough we late at check-in, nice view and quiet as well. Breakfast: lots of varieties. Hotel staffs are pleasant and kind.

The room was quiet and the bed was comfortable. It was spacious and the kitchen was well "kitted" out.

Ladies at the front desk were very helpful and responsive.

Our apartment was very clean, comfortable and modern. The location was very convenient for walking to everywhere we wanted to go. The customer service was very pleasant and helpful.

We have no complaints about the apartment, building, or location.

Location is great, few steps to Christmas market.

Facilities are not well maintained, some are either broken or not working.

We were little bit disappointed by the room. Typically, in apartment hotel we have fully staffed kitchen, in this case there were no hot drink glasses, missing shampoo etc, With small attention to detail they could fix it (good example Edgar chain in Paris - we been there couple of times). Weak water flow - but this is out of their control

Very small room, the light in the kitchen and near the bed doesn’t work and it takes 2 days to fixed.

Excellent front desk. Newly renovated rooms, big apartment. Delicious breakfast. Steps away from main square where Christmas tree is located.

A really nice comfortable, clean apartment in a great location.

Our room was spacious, well-equipped, clean and quiet, everything we could have hoped for. Its location was convenient to access the cathedral and other sites as well as shopping.But what made Aparthotel Adagio Strasbourg stand out for us was the staff. Each person was friendly, efficient and helpful. In particular, first my wife and then I fell ill during our stay; the staff were supportive and Jean helped us to contact a doctor.

The location is perfect.Can go Norte Dam cathedral, close to bakery , restaurants.And close to tram station too.

Bed was comfortable, location was good, air conditioning worked.

Breakfast was mediocre. Some fresh fruit on offer was too old and/or defective. Selection was rather limited and items m(pancakes, crepes, waffles) were prepared and left on a plate and cold. It’s not a true apartment hotel. While there is small kitchen and fridge,there is very limited-space to eat and sit other than your bed. There was also a number of silverfish running around and while I know it is an old building seeing them did not inspire confidence.
