Had a really nice stay at ibis Strasbourg Centre Petite France. It was walkable distance from the main train station and trams were just nearby as well. All the main attractions were walkable from the hotel as well.

Clean, comfortable and convenient for the Christmas market. Dog friendly, friendly staff and loved the complimentary Christmas jams and gingerbread.

Bit expensive for Ibis but this is due to it being during the Xmas market. We still paid half of the rack rate by booking in advance.

Being a short walk from the Train Station as well as an easy walk to the Christmas Markets made this an ideal stay for us! We only spent one night here, and it was just a place to sleep for us, so it served its purpose well!

The layout of the room felt quite tight - the bathroom door actually hit the toilet rather than opening all the way. And when we first walked in the smell of perfumed cleaner was unbearable so we needed to open the window and let it air out for the hours we were out walking. It was better when we returned.

Location was perfect for Christmas markets.

Reception staff was unqualified. Waited us more than one hours after check in time. Rooms were dirty and so old.

Bad hotel with poor service

The room was very small. No amenities whatsoever. They lied about having parking

The hotel was in a good location to petite France and walking distance to Christmas markets and tons of restaurants and shopping. Lobby and common area were well maintained.

The room was minimalistic, and over priced for what you get. No amenities. You only get 2 hotel towels, no hand towels and no tissues, only one trash can per room. The air quality was bad. The room was stuffy and couldn’t control the temperature. The smoking and non smoking rooms share a floor so my non smoking room smelled like cigarette smoke throughout my stay. The pillows are flat and it took me 3 pillows to get comfortable. From 8am through the afternoon, all I heard was water rushing through pipes, toilet lids slamming, things slamming on the floor in other rooms, housekeeping in the other rooms, so I couldn’t sleep with jet lag. I would equate this hotel to more of a motel. It was fine for a couple days, but I would have chose somewhere else having known the cons.

For the money we pay would be nice to have water included never mind about the kettle to make a coffee in the morning.

Floor in our room was water damaged and had lots of trip hazards. The room smelled of cigarettes when we first arrived.

Location of the hotel was good. Close to the train station. The staff was friendly and helpful.

The location of the room. It was in a separate building at the back of the property. Our room was at the end of a long hall. It felt like a fire trap.

The location is easy to reach by foot and the city centre is pretty close too. The friendly stuff was always helpful and friendly. Room was clean and tidy

We left the suitcases in the facilities for the last walk on the last day and we had to do it ourselves. I would assume that’s for the facility to be carried out
