The location is great, and the bar and restaurant inside the hotel is awesome and so convenient, the food is excellent, delicious and the drinks are amazing! The staff is really friendly and breakfast is always great! Loved everything

Very convenient. Walkable to Christmas markets and major tourist attractions. It’s just by bus stops, tram lines and neighbours to mall and shopping centre. It’s 11 minutes walk from the train station too.
The location was good. Easy walk into town and Christmas markets. Rooms were clean and comfortable.
It took them two of our three days to believe the shower was not working. They insisted we were not turning it on properly. No pressure (barely dripping) when hot water was on. Good when cold water was on. Finally sent someone up while we were there. It got fixed that day so we could shower before we left the next morning.

The location was superb. Smack dab in the middle of the city with ease of transport and many restaurants and attractions walking distance. Nice room and comfy bed and pillows. I usually need more than one pillow but this pillow is quite fluffy and thick.
The walls were a bit thin, we can hear voices from other rooms when we were in the hallway. The shower doesn’t have a curtain or shower door, so water spills out when showering making the floor quite wet.

No bicycke storage - the only hotel I've encountered on multiple cycling trips in Europe that did not try to find a place to store my bike. I was told I could not bring it to my room and that I had to walk 10 minutes and store it at a public unsecure bike parking spot beside a parkade. I locked up my bike there with a small lock and was told by a local cyclist I bumped into that there are many thefts at this spot so I walked back to the hotel and had to be very assertive and told them I was bringing my bike into my room and they finally relented. This resulted in another hot sweaty walk to get my bike and bring it back to the hotel. If you traveling by bicycle DO NOT STAY AT THIS HOTEL.

It is located in a shopping mall where underground parking and many other shops are directly available inside of the building. The is a supermarket as well. Walking distance to every conner in the old city area. Window view from the room is fantastic. Stylish public area. The room is very tiny but contains everything you need.

Magnetic key cards didn’t work properly and you had to try multiple times to get them unlock anything. Annoying.
