Absolutely beautiful hotel - very charming and quiet but so close to everything. Breakfast was very good and staff very helpful.

The drive in directions were clear and staff very helpful. I was not aware I would be driving through a pedestrian street - a bit surreal.

The size was very nice.

The lighting was terrible and the shower situation was awful. The staff was not very friendly and the bar tender completely ingnored us the night we went in for a drink. It said you had a cheese plate available on the menu and we ordered that with our drinks. The bar tender acted like that wasn't possible so we asked again if it was available and he said yes "but it would take about 10 minutes because he was busy". We waited 20 minutes and when I noticed that he was clearing tables and went and asked him about our order ad he said "it would be a few minutes". We had finished our drinks by then and he was still just standing there so we left.

Location of the hotel was excellent. Room was very comfortable. Staff was great and they invluded little gifts in our room like wine and another day cookies. Just a very nice touch!

The room was beautiful, clean, and spacious. It's located in the city center, making it convenient to walk to many places and is safe. I highly recommend it if you're staying in this city. The entrance to the parking lot might be a bit hard to find. You have to circle around several times before you can find it, but the assistant staff who takes care of the car and luggage is very good and helps with everything.

Getting to it was a bit challenging, but worth it!

A very beautiful place in the very center of the city. The hotel itself is sort of an attraction with nicely preserved fachwerk buildings and a garden. Many places to eat are very close. The staff is friendly and helpful. The rooms are nice too.

Completely unrelated to the hotel but more of a Strasbourg disadvanage - they have this weird crit'air system implemented with ecological stickers. You can't get one for a foreign vehicle being on vacation (even if the car is "ecological" enough). The hotel staff told us that the fines are not applied (yet?) anyway but we still decided to leave the car on the city outskirts and use the taxi.

Location was great and the room was spacious, and the bathroom was modern and well appointed. We will definitely stay here again.

Staff were very friendly and very helpul, Our room was really nice and the breakfast excellent.

We drove to Strassbourg and the route to the hotel was quite complicated requiring codes to be able to access certain streets you needed to follow to get to the hotel however the staff were very good in providing assistance.

Very helpful staff. Breakfast was great, they only use organic local providers. Beds were comfortable and the location was great for a visit of Strasbourg.

Gorgeous very old building with amazing courtyard in fantastic location. Large lovely room on top floor with old beams and comfy bed. Staff was wonderful!

Elevator only goes to second floor and circuitous path from there so easier to climb 54 steps from different entrance which luckily we could do ok. Strasbourg is one of the nicest cities in the world. Well worth it!

Aesthetically appealing, and appropriate style for the historic area, while still having modern touches that added to its comfort and enjoyability. The staff demonstrated exemplary customer service, were kind, and helpful. The room was very clean.

The location is very convenient if you are arriving by car. The hotel provided all the details on how to arrive, where to park including the discount for the secured and covered parking beforehand. The room was spacious and super clean, had all the amenities needed and complimentary Nespresso coffee, tea and water were much appreciated. We also greatly appreciated the staff's courtesy and availability on all our requests. The breakfast was good with big variety of cold and menu with hot dishes if anyone interested, though we would appreciate more vegan options e.g., pastries, yoghurt, etc. The bed was super comfy and we had a great sleep, also with very quiet environment despite the central location.The hotel provide discount for the parking and various tours, which was nice. We also borrowed umbrellas and we could leave the luggage for a couple of hours with no problem. The marmalade greeting gift from the staff was a nice touch too! Definitely would recommend and will stay again if find great deals as it is a little pricey.

There is no much really, but the internal beautiful courtyard probably need some refreshing touch as we were looking forward to to see its beauty, but found it rather lacking some attention/maintenance e.g., flowers and plants, etc.

The staff was so kind. The room was beautiful! We really enjoyed the courtyard and the small breakfast nook with desk in the room. It was adorable and useful. Breakfast was INCREDIBLE!!! Probably our best one in Europe . Highly recommend and would love to stay here again

Location was amazing except uber drivers seem to have a hard time finding it. Breakfast was good, room was large but simple.

Trying to find you with all the pedestrian zones was extremely hard. It took us 30mins and finally found a police officer who helped us.Also the light in the bathroom was very low and you could not see very well to put on your makeup.
