I liked the polite and helpfull staff. And also breakfast. Everything fresh and tasty.

I didnt like that the room was not warm when we came in February. Receptionist helped us by giving us an external heater.

Good location,Competitive pricing considering its location.

The location is awesome, right next to the rue Guttenberg and Grand rue, you can walk all the city in a single day. And, actually, if you're a hiker you can make a brisk walk from the Gare Central in 20 minutes to the hotel - takes the same amount of time with the tram. Staff is super helpful, nice, and friendly and it's a rare gem in French hospitality industry. Breakfast is a great value, fresh baguettes each morning, orange juice, coffee, and few selections, though, fresh. Great value deal.

One floor was under renovation during my stay. The bathroom was extremely small, and the room had a strong paint/chemical smell, so I had to keep the windows open to ventilate.

The staff are very polite and helpful. The room, the sheets and the towels were very clean. The location is amazing, in the center of everything.

There is no airconditioning, no shutters and no mosquito nets on the windows. It was very hot during the night and with no airconditioning and no shutters and nets on the windows you had to sleep to the windows closed and it became very uncomfortable. They do have 2 fans but when it is hot they are not enough.

The location is perfect, right at the entrance of Petite France and super close to the cathedral.

Beds are not uncomfortable, but are quite small and old style. The heating was either too hot or too cold. We could hear all the noise from the hallway. The shower pressure was a bit weak. Some furniture were quite old.

It was comfortable. The reception let me keep my bag there when I showed up early. Breakfast buffet was only 10 euros. Good sized bathroom.

The room felt a little old. It’s casual and the hotel is inexpensive so it really wasn’t a big issue. The hotel is next to the Salvation Army, but there were no worries. I’d certainly stay there again.

We loved the location everything was so close. The staff was also very kind, it was nice that we could leave our luggage there before check in time.

The doors were not very sound proof so we could hear everything in the hallway. The shower was nice except it is so easy for water to run out.

The pillows were not enough, it would be great to have extras in the room. And there is no kettle, which is usually should be in the room for a such price

The location was amazing, very central and perfect for our one night stay. The rooms were big, clean and serviced one needs perfectly for a budget hotel. It’s a simple hotel but great for the price!
