The room was big and clean.

The breakfast was very poor. No ham, no eggs, no classic corn flakes, no sausages, no omelette, no fruits. Also we stayed three nights and the cleaners didn't take the trash. Very expensive for nothing.

The property is located almost centrally, close to everything

The showers didn’t have warm water, atleast not on the first floor. The restaurants heating was not working where also the common space is, it was really cold?

The location is great and staff are very helful and welcoming

No room services for cleaning, no chair or anything to sit in the room only beds. I wish tney can put chairs or small couch to sit with small table. A kettle and few cups.

The location is great, walking distance to everything, the area around felt safe to walk home at night. The bed itself was clean and comfortable. All of the staff were so friendly and helpful.

Showers could get dirty if you get up late after other people have used them, but that’s to be expected for shared showers.

The vegan breakfast option where lacking The LED lights in the bed never completely turned off, so their was a little light.The pillows where very uncomfortable It was super hot

Location is the only positive thing. The staff is friendly but lacks experience. Breakfast was average.

My access card stopped working after I used it a couple of times, so that I had to ask my roommates to let me in. Even after replacing the card, it only worked twice/thrice again which was annoying.The second day, I couldn't even access my room, then I was surprised to know that I was moved to another room with all my luggage without any notice from the personnel!The hostel also organized a disco party on the ground floor in the kitchen area, and it was so loud I could hardly fall asleep that night.I'm so happy I booked it just for two nights. Verdict: not recommended.

They played live bands in the great room keeping us rooms right above awake til after midnight. Womens shower bathrooms handle broke

Bed was comfortable. Great location but really the only shared hostel option in the area. Guests receive a discount on food from the restaurant which the lunch/dinner food was better than I expected (but breakfast was lacking)

Only 4 lockers available in a 6bed room - one locker per bed should be bare minimum. Breakfast was lacking vs other hostel breakfasts but toast/croissant/coffee/juice/yogurt are better than nothing.

The staff were very attentive and helped us with everything. We liked the rock concert that was there for Wednesday night.It was very central in the city and it is good value for the price.

Excellent location 2 minutes to Old Town. Comfortable beds. Great cafe/lounge.

Water in shower was only lukewarm. Spray was in very short increments.

The location was great. Less than 10 mins walk to Christmas market. Room was cleaned and breakfast was awesome.

There is no privat parking but right across from the hotel there is a 24/7 park house 22€/day.

Great location and wonderful atmosphere. Beds are comfortable and staff is great.

There was a machine made humming through the floor on the first floor that became excessive especially one night.

Their Bathroom shower is weird! Can't control the pressure and heat. One of the worse hostel showers I ever used. For the price i paid, it's not worth it per night. !

The beds are made so that’s always a plus, you have a privacy curtain and your own light, shelves and plug in. The rooms were kept pretty clean. The shared bathroom was also relatively clean. Overall the property was modern, clean, and super nice. The area is very pretty and close to a ton of sight seeing and good restaurants. It’s a 25 min walk to the train satiation and 15 to the bus station. The staff were all friendly.

The showers were motion activated, timer, and one fixed temperature.. none of those things are fun. They also charge for a towel which is always annoying. At one point they were out of towels so I had to use toilet paper to dry myself off and they didn’t offer a free towel when they were back in stock.. woulda been nice.

Really nice staff and super helpful. Everything super clean . Nice restaurant good location.

It took me by surprise that there was no shower gel and shampoo dispensers in the showers.

Friendly staff, good location in the center of the city, clean, there are curtains on the bed which equals privacy, i liked it i recommend it.

Maybe the breakfast could have a little more variety.

The place is very nice! The rooms are big, as well as the bathroom. The common area includes a bar and the reception. In general, it was a great experience!

It wasn’t a big problem, but in my case I had some online meetings to do and I couldn’t find some calmer places for this. As a suggestion for the hostel, there could be a room for this kind of activity, without external sounds or events.
