Hôtel Tandem - Boutique Hôtel

it was just amazing. The room is very spacious, personnel is excellent, very clean, comfortable and cozy space. Breakfast is great. Thank you so much for my lovely stay with you.

Friendly staff, clean rooms, good breakfast and 2 mins walk to the train station!

Breakfast was delicious. Best shower in any hotel. Very comfortable bed. Staff incredibly friendly and helpful. Would recommend and would stay again. Tarte aux Poires 10/10

The hotel has a great location, near the train station, stores, cafes and grocery store. Most of the attractions are walking-distance, and you have the train station as well if needed. The breakfast was fresh and made with local ingredients. The staff was helpful and kind. It was a great choice for a 1night stay.

Some flipflops would have been appreciated.

Excellent breakfast. Central location and friendly helpful staff

It's a small town, and this hotel is located just outside the center with all the Christmas markets. We found that to be better than being in the middle of the chaos. This hotel is located right across the street from the train station as well. The rooms were a decent size, but the showers were a bit too small for someone standing at just over 190cm (6'2).

Very small bathrooms

Location, staff, near shops not far from tram

Very kind staff! The hotel makes the most of the space it has, very cozy and clean

I liked that it was so close to the train station, made carrying my bags to the hotel very easy.

The sound of construction very early in the mornings.

Stylish hotel close to the old town and the train station. Clean, nicely decorated rooms, albeit on the small side.

Good breakfast.Staff was friendly (before the check-out situation).Convenient location close to the train station

The room description was quite limited. Although listed as a quadruple room, the double bed felt small for two adults, and the sofa bed was worn out and sagging in the middle. The room lacked basic amenities such as a wardrobe, a refrigerator, and sufficient space to open luggage, which made the stay uncomfortable for four guests. The room was cold, with heating available only through air conditioning. There was serious confusion regarding late check-out. At check-out, one staff member raised his voice and behaved in a very stressful manner, which was especially upsetting as I was with children.

The location (it’s right across from the station), so great to catch trains for day trips or to other places. Not the best when you need to visit various places within Strasbourg, as it’s quite a walk (or you can take a tram). The breakfast was really good, well worth the money.Room was spacious

Location is great for travel to station, not the best to visit things within Strasbourg (I’ve still rated it high for location).

Great location close to the train station. Very friendly staff, eager to please

No fridge in the room or coffee machine

Great location very nice hotel with awesome breakfast and amenities

What can I say, the breakfast was fantastic, loads of choice and freshly cooked delicacies to make your mouth water. All the staff were very friendly and helpful and the location close to the main train station was perfect.

Only thing was the room felt a little dark.

Really good location.Great for the shops and Christmas Market.Helpful friendly staff. Good sized room

All was good

Great hotel right near the train station. Our room was huge for two of us, but my mothers room for one was a bit of a squeeze. The hotel has a modern feel and the staff are very welcoming upon arrival. We arrived early and there was not problem for us to leave our bags until our room was ready. The breakfast was great and loved the free water filter to fill up our drink bottles.

Great location, friendly staff, very spacious and clean room.

This is a matter of taste but the breakfast was mainly sweet (cakes etc.), would have liked more bread options and likewise.

Across the road from train 5min walk.Lift.Quiet.Window opens. 15 min walk to Christmas markets down Main Street facing train station.Great breakfast. Loved the hot chocolate.Free filtered water.

Room small but modern and comfortable.
