Not far from Train Station

Booked a King Suite, and the staff told me they could only give me a "standard room" and they have no Kings or Suites. Not to give me, but in the entire hotel. Classic Bait and Switch. Cheaper hotels in the area with out the nonsense.

Everything was first class! Nice, clean and the staff very kind and warm welcoming especially our bartender !!

Hotel was great, glad they opened access for kids to the pool, althought you have to pay. Breakfast was ok, but glad it was provided. Rooms are small but to be expected for Europe.

It was not a good location and the pillow was dirty.

A wonderful hotel. Kind staff. A beautiful room. We stayed in one of the large rooms, which was worth the small amount of extra money.

It is a bit removed from the city center. However, Strasbourg is not that large and, in better weather, everything is walkable. We knew about the distance, but took a lot of taxis because of the cold weather. Taxis in Strasbourg are not cheap.

The staff upon our arrival were unfriendly and not helpful may be in stress our room was not clean.there was no hospitality in voco and I don't recommend no one to go there breakfast was ok but full and packed with people .

The location is very good, close to the center, clean and comfortable rooms , breakfast is delicious.

Dinner is not tasty at all, not eatable!!!

Nice and clean rooms. Great hotel facilities.

There was not enough tables to accommodate guests during breakfast time, our family and other guests have to wait for others to be done eating before we can sit and eat. Plates and food are also empty due to number of guests and we have to wait always for it to be filled up. The bartender at the Bar that night was also very unprofessional instead of having a relaxed night she gave us a bad experience.

The locatiion was great. The hotel was lovely as was the staff. Rooms were a nice size beds were extremly comfortable.

Our only issue was that we stayed 2 nights and both nights from dinner time on the entire hotel smelled of fish. We went to bed smelling it and work smelling it. Not sure why as we did not eat on site.

The room we had should not be proposed as a family room (for 4 pax). No closets, no room for our luggage. No room to move around. Total disappointment.The breakfast area is too small & crowded.

Very accommodating staffs and the food is great also the buffet breakfast. The hotel is very nice specially the interior is very classy and very nice. Also the pool wellness & spa is superb my kids enjoyed it very much.
