The room and staff

Problem with reservation, we booked for two nights and only had one when we arrived.

very overheated rooms

there was no air-conditioning and neither was there any ventilation at all. Even with the window open during the whole night it was extremely warm in the rooms. Would not recommend in the summer at all! We basically didn't sleep all night.

Good parking. Staff was very nice. A little fare way from old town but i had car and wad easy for me

Need more cleaning

We primarily stayed to enjoy the Christmas markets and Cerise was in a perfect location. Just a few minutes walk from the tram and a few stops from the market area! The staff was very friendly and helpful!

The room was very dated, not very clean, but served its purpose for sleeping and taking a quick shower

The hotel has a 24-hour staff that is very helpful and friendly. The location, while far from the city center, is easily walkable from the nearest tram station. The lobby was festively decorated!

The room was a bit sterile and outdated, but fit our needs as we were not staying inside most of the day.

Breakfast the first day was amazing. Delicious, fresh and continuously well stocked. It wasn't replenished as quickly the second day which was a shame but still great quality and value for money!

The area didn't feel overly safe. We had a roof box so chose to pay the extra fee to park in the secure parking area. It was a shame there was an extra fee for this.

The room was clean and comfortable, as displayed in the picture. Room service every other day and adequate cleaning. The staff was kind and provided timely assistance for any questions/concerns.

Although the accommodation is within a reasonable distance of the tram, it is a bit far away from the central train station.

Clean sheets

The hotel is located in the area next to the mosque, you feel no safe in that area. I got the impression that the hotel is used for refugee accommodation. There was a lot of young people of oriental appearance were sitting at the evening in the lobby.The wall in the room was moldy, the mattress was very old and mold.

i would enter the accomadation earlier then 2 pm

i asked the receptionist to warn me when the room is available with cleaning, i was waiting in the entrance room, novody warned me, i had to work with my laptop, while i asked them to notify me

Quite close to the center if you have a car, free parking

The interiors were outdated, the shower was quite small, the doors were not soundproof at all and we could hear everything from outside the corridors.

Disgusting in terms of hygene, we will not come again.

Although the staff was impecable, there was stains on sheets and in the towels, hairs on the sink and dishes not washed properly, which was very disgusting. This is apparently a very common problem when talking to other guests.

Breakfast was good, but quite expensive.Hotel was close to Tram A route, so the historic centre of the city could be reached quite easily

There are only lift. So sometimes you have to wait so long

The atmosphere is as good and breakfast was amazing as we paid 13 Euro each and many items were included. The guy at reception was very welcoming

Free car parking area is close.

One of the room heater and shower head are not working full capacity.

The room was very well equipped with the lowest quality furniture and appliances :D Nevertheless, it had a tiny kitchen, which was a nice surprise.

The quality was very poor, no vibe, only the very basic to be functional. Nothing had any beauty in it. The room was not so well cleaned.

Location

Extremely old facilities, tiny bathroom, no hairdryer, huge stains on the walls, travelled in December and it felt very cold (the receptionist told us a rule in France does not allow hotels to increase temperature higher than 20 degrees but the room felt cold)

The staff was helpful, guided about city n public transport. Location is kind of ok as only 3-4 stops from main attractions. Heating system was good hence room was warm n cozy all time

Bathroom was too small, a person can hardly fit in, also kitchen did not have exhaust. Kitchen utensils had only few things n missing chopping board and lids on all utensils.

Employees are helpful and kind.

Bad smell in the room, dirty cups, stained blanket in the closet. Breakfast was disappointing.
