- The location.
- The location was great! Right in the middle of the old port. The staff were so nice and helpful. We felt very safe at this hotel and it was clean. The room was very small, but it was comfortable and great for our one night stay.

- The tub was dirty, I was given two small beds instead of a double/queen and the WiFi stopped working. The staff was lovely but the hotel itself was not good.
- The shower did not drain properly. We had to keep turning the water off while showering to let some of the water go down to avoid flooding the bathroom. This was not a huge deal as we were only there for one night. The staff were very apologetic.

The location.
