The room had air conditioning.

The photos don’t match the property. The hotel only has one iron for the entire hotel, we requested more than 3 times and they didn’t seem to put in an effort to help us. We had to ask a 4th time and finally it was available.The pool was another letdown. The photos online make it appear larger and more inviting than it actually is in person, which was a bit disappointing when we saw it for ourselves.All in all, the stay had some positives, but between the lack of basic amenities, the underwhelming pool, and the somewhat impersonal service, it didn’t quite match what we expected from the online presentation.

I really liked the quietness of the room and the cleanliness of the premises and toilets. The staff were very welcoming and attentive.

The only downside was the lack of a refrigerator, which would have made it possible to rest independently.

The location is good as you are close to the centre of Marseille but not in the super busy part. The rooms were very clean and we had a good sleep. The pool area looked nice and they have a small bar but only non alcoholic options.

The communal areas, the gym in particular, were not so clean.

The room was comfortable with a separate single bed for the kid as shown in the images. Swimming pool although small was good and relaxing. The hotel is located not too far from la blancarde metro station, so it was easy to commute.

The hotel is located in a residential area, so no good views from the windows. There was some lingering smoke smell at times in the walkways outside the room.

excellent price point (rapport quality prix). pool / roof top / great wifi and 24 hr reception. Staff very service focussed. AC good. Only negative was the lack of a specific map showing location and metro / tram connections for hotel. I will be coming back in august0

Secure parking for motorbikes. Staff were friendly and helpful. A short walk to the main attraction but didn’t mind that. Lots of bars and restaurants nearby.

Hallways were dark, just needs a freshen up.

The neighborhood is safe and pleasant.The staff are really nice. The room is big enough and clean.

There was no water bottles in the room. You have to buy it at the reception.

Quiet location but very convient to public transport.

That the floor in the bathroom got wet when the shower was used.

Superior rooms are spacious and nicely decorated. Staff is very friendly, paid parking is perfect. For a city the surroundings are reasonably quiet. 20 minutes walk from Prefecture area.

Lot's of worn and torn details all over the hotel. Cut tiles, lights not working etc. Fire alarm went off early in the morning. The area of this hotel is very "international"....Garbage innthe streets, graffiti everywhere.

Staff was very helpful, we stayed in a clean and big room. Parking area was nice and quite secure. We haven’t felt any insecure issue in the neighborhood. (Well, we are from Istanbul and it is quite normal for us to not feel insecure somewhere in EU ?)

Maid threw away my medication, receptionists said maid would come and sort it and explain, nothing at all, didn't show so I could of died

It was great, really loved the pool, the gym, Staff were mostly friendly

Staff at the hotel very accommodating, friendly and helpful. Rooms serviceable and clean and breakfast plentiful. All in all good value for money. Tea and coffee provided free also.

A little off the beaten track but near to tram and metro and train station so not really an issue.

Neighborhood is not very nice, rooms are not as in the pictures (much smaller and old/used/broken furniture)

Great location, excellent facilities, very clean.

I stayed for just one night, and they allowed me to leave my bags since I arrived before check-in time. The room was tidy, the staff were welcoming, and I enjoyed the tranquil pool, which was surprisingly empty when I visited.

They informed me I'd have a shower, but I was provided with a bathtub that lacked any glass or curtain. This resulted in the entire bathroom getting wet, creating a slippery situation that nearly caused me to slip and fall.

The pool was much needed and very refreshing but needed some more sun loungers. The room was really clean and nice to come back to. A little far from the old port but easily enough to get there by tram.

The gym wasn’t that well equipped. I didn’t like having to put €100 deposit down- I thought giving my bank details would have been enough.

Clean and fresh and friendly and helpful staff. Could speak English and although very busy and full they were very helpful and accommodated our special requests. Good location close to public transport.

We had to make a call to the hotel every-time we needed the parking garage gate opened to enter and then again to exit. Could be an easier way using code or key card.
