No parking offered , no soap or conditioner in the bathrooms even after ask for it

Breakfast was great, staff was genuinely friendly.

The room we had had a strange view of the building next door.

Bedroom décor and view of the Vieux Port together with the excellent breakfast.

It had an elevator!

Big comfortable room (we had the duplex suit) perfect for a family, great breakfast with also a local corner. The hotel is on the old port, great views from the room and breakfast room!

Room service and restaurant did not operate as advertised. Miss-communication between stuff at the bar and at the reception as what is available (according to the bar only cold plates) reception was adament that warm plates were availabe...anyways it was bizzare and awkard back and forth, we ended up going out to the port to eat.

The room was outdated. Carpet, hide window, not possible to set up the temperature

The location was great. Good facilities and clean room.

Staff had made a mistake and did not have the bed ready for our child, which is normally fine. But they insisted that it was our mistake since the booking indicated we had an infant. I checked our booking twice, and it clearly said a child and indicated the right age for our child. Other than that, I had no concerns with the staff or hotel.

The views from our bedroom balcony over the port were spectacular. The breakfast offered excellent choice and the staff were very helpful. The reception staff were welcoming and helpful.

The hotel in most aspects was perfect but unfortunately the bathroom greatly let down this superior grade room it was old with leaky tap and black mould and staining to shower tray. The cleaner did their best with a bathroom that needs attention if not replacing . I would have scored a 10 even though bedroom was small but a bad bathroom is not acceptable.Is so perfect in most ways

Loved the location. Paid slightly extra for a port view ( with window closed no noise at all ) on 2nd floor Quirky room with wardrobe in a hole in the wall ( we loved it ) Bar was great as was breakfast , all staff were absolutely lovely x

Nothing apart from room too hot during the night ( air con maybe not too efficient) but reception provided a fan which helped a lot on second night

We were in room 219 and although the view was spectacular wefelt that for a deluxe the room was quite small and basic, no telephone to contact reception for any requests or emergency. Only one lift was working while we were there. Prohibitive breakfast charges.

The location (with the exception of the noise), meals and restaurant staff were great.

Im sorry, but this is NOT a 4-star hotel. It is beyond tired. From the front desk area that is trying to cover an odor by spraying an overwhelming fragrance, to the VERY dirty carpet. Vacumn cleaners left in hallways for two days, dirty weird cover on the couch (no pillows or bolster, looked like someone slept on it and not cleaned or even straightened) and broken shower door which leaked all over the floor. The list goes on. I felt sad because this could be a great property.

The view from our room and the bar on the first floor was magnificent. We looked out over the old port and saw the boats leaving to tour the callanques as well as all the fun in the harbour (though that did not interfere in any way with the peaceful atmosphere inside the room. Staff were attentive and helpful.

Pillows were uncomfortable, even the replacement pillow, was still lumpy.A noisy toilet extractor fan that was going all the time rather than just with the light switch, supposedly could not be fixed...!It was not even extracting air, just making a noise, which affected my sleep/rest.No glasses to go with the drinks.The balcony table still had stains on it from previous guests. The windows had their handprints. The place had not been properly hoovered or dusted.Much improvement needed. But the location was wonderful.

We stayed at this hotel and it was super nice. They’re they’re big beautiful rooms. It’s like you’ll never see something like this even in the US much less in Europe now we’re staying at a hotel in Paris and it’s like the whole room is smaller than the bathrooms at this hotel, so how do you recommend this hotel? Super nice

The Internet’s not strong

Upstairs bar was excellent with a wonderful view of the harbour.

I booked a side view of the port. Our room was the very end one with not so much view and the room itself was angled so the bed faced to the back of the building. I expected a better view.

Comfortable hotel in great location. Fabulous breakfast with fantastic views of the old port.

Staff are quite pushed - only one person on reception at any one time means there’s no concierge service. Only one lift working and that was temperamental
