    • The staff were never around
    • AC wasn't working properly Room wasn't very clean
    • Service was awful. Accused of ¿not paying¿ for a meal when the waitress disappeared for 45 minutes after we asked for the check. Chased down by another employee who said ¿oh she went home.¿ We¿re staying IN the hotel, why would we try to skip the bill?

The view, the location and the style of the rooms

The staff are lost and couldnt find my booking, i had requested an early check in it was not delivered, there were renovations all over the hotel so we couldn’t benefit from the calm. The spa is small but the massage service is not bad to enjoy a relaxing time.

Location is both good and bad. It is like inside sea. But far from city center. You need taxy to go out

    Room is small

The room with balcony had a wonderful view. Really nice vibe in the hotel. Loved our stay here.

Nothing. My daughter didn’t like the salt water pool.

This is a stunning location on Marseille’s oceanfront Corniche for tranquil sunset views over mountains and islands. There is not another hotel with this situation in the city. Well designed, with a Philippe Starck modern style decor, and very comfortable beds, linen and bathrooms. Well kept grounds with garden features - a rarity in Marseille! The saltwater outdoor pool, bar and sunbathing deck was fabulous. La Corniche (coast road) is the best running location in the city, right on your doorstep. We ate from the bar’s afternoon tapas menu which was excellent quality and great value (cheese and charcuterie), and looked better than the standard items on the expensive restaurant menu. Would happily return. It’s about 12 mins to centre of town in an uber, easily available. Hats bakery a 15 minute walk is really top notch food, not your average bakery. We got breakfast there to eat on Prophete beach.

The main hotel bar closed early (midnight?), which looks to be due to rooms situated directly below, but it had an inviting vibe that wanted you to be able to stay up late for a quiet drink with friends as there are no bars directly nearby, so that was a shame. I liked the black corridor interiors, but the floor based wayfinding (room numbering) is unsuccessful and should be put back on the wall.

Amazing that the hotel is situated on a spring of natural water, that is embedded to the interior design of the hotel and the Spa had this water. They said that pool as well, but smelled chlorine in it. The pool staff and the lobby staff were amazing. Had water melon and water stands for free to enjoy. The parking service was approachable and easy to access.

I did not like that there was no access to the sea salty water, or that there was no pool using the sea salt water. Stayed just one night so not much to say.

    Location

We booked sea view suit but was given building and tiny pratial sea view and when we talked to reservation they said they are fully booked and this is still considered sea view. I paid max rate for that room and they offered me only 20% discount which is not fair compared to what I paid for per night

    The pool was lovely

I was in Marseille as my 14 year-old son was there to complete a very intensive ballet course. On my arrival I had upgraded to a room on the second floor as I didn't feel safe being on the ground floor with people walking past and looking in through patio doors. On 2 consecutive nights there were private parties at the Sky Bar that were right next to my room. The music was as loud in my room as if I was at the party and it went on both nights until after midnight. My son was exhausted, unable to sleep and unable to perform to his best in class. There was no pre warning to us that these parties were taking place and had we known at time of booking we would have booked alternative accomodation. I did ask to be fully reimbursed for the 2 nights stay where these dreadful parties occurred but I was offered just 20% off for the 2 party nights, not even off the whole trip. Very bad customer service would not recommend or return. Anyone travelling with children avoid. Restaurant is also very over priced for the standard of food served.

    Poor

There was a couple having a sex sessionin the room above us. Noisy and extremely disturbing . We had no sleep.

    7MélaniePosted on: 8-4-2025

Wonderful location, super nice staff. We really appreciated being able to travel with the dog and kid

The only issue was that there were parties at the top floor bar 2 nights in a row (we stayed 3 nights). Impossible to sleep - including the little one - before midnight

Amazing ambience, everything is very modern and generally a good vibe.Great pool with salt water.

It looks like the hotel has direct beach access, but the nearest beach is 15 min walk. The food could have been better.

We managed to get interconnecting rooms which was great. The view was amazing from our balconies.

The facilities and amenities in the room did not meet our expectations.Upon reception, there was no offer to carry our luggage to the rooms. When walking by reception, most times no one greets you unless you greet them; but when you do, they are friendly and courteous. Not many decent places to eat around the hotel. We emailed before arrival to enquire about late check-out. They quoted their prices. When there, the prices were higher. Eventually they honoured the cheaper price :)We generally expected more considering the price.
