The backstreet looks so dangerous

The facilities & the free water dispenser ? Also the croissant ? and the cakes they leave in the restaurant after the breakfast ..whenever there are leftovers from the breakfast

Location of hotel was close to major attractions in the city center.. Food and other amenities are in close walking distance. It’s a vibrant and active community with people moving around doing stuff, having fun, working or just vacationing. The room we got was clean, spacious and comfortable. Breakfast was wonderful. Buffet style with a variety of food.

The hotel is at a very good location, close to main sites and the staff is so lovely and helpful. The rooms are comfortable and we had everything we needed.

It was generally clean, however, as an allergic person, I found the room a bit dusty because of the curtains. We stay three nights and the room was cleaned only once.

Room sizes were small and was very hard to fit the luggage in there (even using room as a single, still there wasn't enough space).The rooms facing the main street, where we stayed, were somewhat noisy at night. The windows are "thin".

Good location. Room was clean. The receptionist was very nice. Like, super nice. The breakfast area was small and very busy, but the staff kept it tidy somehow. They should be paid more, no doubt.

Lock on room door needed to be fixed. I had to repeatedly slide key up and down to get it to work. If it failed in the wee hours, then what?The breakfast food was meh. Just cooking the “eggs” more would have helped. A mosquito was in our room. No idea how.

The room was comfortable and at a good price for its prime location; the hotel is well located. You are few 5min away from the Port of Marseille and 15min away from Saint Charles main railway station.

Very clean, comfortable bed. The room is a bit small but cozy. The hotel decorations are charming. Good hot water. Small shower. Staff is very very friendly and helpful.

The hotel is nicely located halfway between the train station and the old port. Professional and Friendly staff. Delicious breakfast. Would definitely come back

The decor is a little dated

The staff was amazing, with a special shout out to Nedjoua who was able to provide great insight and ideas for exploring the area, and who was also incredibly kind and welcoming.The location was also terrific.

Super friendly and helpful staff. It was nice to be able to use the dining room to eat our takeout in the evening. Easy access to old port and other activities.

Shower door was hard to shut.

Just like upon my previous stay, Marsiho was fantastic! I wanted to show Marseille to my 46yo American daughter who was visiting me in the South of France... and she said if she ever comes back to Marseille she too only wants to stay at the Marsiho! You've made another fan!

This place was not pleasant - very different from listing. At night area felt very sketchy. Bathroom had mold. Staff was very nice but would not return

The location is super nice, close to the port area and a 15-minute walk from the train station. The property is very beautiful, the rooms are large and the shower is wonderful. The highlight is the staff, from reception to housekeeping, who made us feel very welcome (special thanks to Theo and the breakfast lady), which made our stay even more enjoyable.

small problem with the shower drain (that was not draining so well), which didn't bother us that much while we were there.

The location was great! The staff was exceptionally friendly and kind. The little gift and handwritten note I found in my room when I checked in were adorable and made me feel welcome. They called a taxi for me when I left and gave me good advice about where to go in town.

The breakfast was good but not exceptional.

The hotel is very nice, clean, it has comfortable beds, the warm drinks are so lovely and the staff is very friendly.

Even though it is right in the center, very close to the Port Vieux, that area is not much to my liking. It is full of strange people and I felt a bit uncomfortable coming to the hotel in the evening.
