Mama Shelter Marseille

Restaurant on location. Friendly staff.

I would like to have had washcloths. And better soap for hand washing. And the TV selection was very limited.

Lovely staff, amazing food and cocktails, great location.

No complaints it was perfect

I'm in love with this place. As usual, the staff was great, nice rooms, nice restaurant, wonderful and giant breakfast! I love this place!!!!!

The personnel was very kind and cheerful, there’s an entertainment station in the tv with recent movies I actually wanted to see! The decor is creative. And the Aircon.

I had to kick a few hairs under the sink when I walked in

Location, staff, and good restaurant

A little noisy on the street side

The rooms had everything we needed, were spacious enough, bottled water was provided, we could cast stuff on the tv and it came with free movies too. The location is 6 minutes away from cours julien so there are lots and lots of bars and restaurants nearby.

The adult content vibe was unexpected and weird, made the place feel a bit sleazy, the masks in the room are creepy. The feng shui is completely off in the room with the bed facing the door and two giant mirror on both sides of the bed.

Loved the staff , the decor and the location

The bathroom was small

Hip, great staff, great bedding, great location, great restaurant and great service!

The welcoming and caring staff, cleanliness of the room and facilities, as well as the comfy bedding and the peacefulness of my room. And the lovely breakfast choice without a doubt!

Rooms could be done up a little bit and modernized

It’s got good vibes and helpful staff

The bar seemed fun but the noise traveled to our room and made it hard to go to sleep

style, location, service, comfort of bed, food

nothing bad

The location, the bar, the DJ on Friday night and the breakfast.

Our room on the first floor smelled strongly of cooked food from the hotel kitchen as soon as we checked in. We asked to move and there was a delay by which time all our clothes smelled too because they'd been in there for 24 hours.

The room is spacious. The staff is friendly and helpful

The attached twin bed, to make one double bed, isn't comfy at all.

Good location. Very comfortable beds. Thematically outdated, very basic rooms.

the bed was comfortable

- the room had weird shape, with a table behind the bed and behind it the window- the staff insisted on paying One small suggestion, i recommend the staff to not ask for personal email address, the masked one provided by Booking.com is more enough

The bed was super comfortable and room size. The staff were really nice.

We unfortunately had no hot water so the staff offered us the breakfast.

Great staff, clean comfortable rooms, no noise, amazing restaurant.

No tea or coffee in the room

4th time i ve been to Mama s shelter and it remains one of the best hotels for me. If you are expecting a high end 5 star hotel it is not for you. But if you are into a funky , hip and authentic place, with an awsome and friendly vibe then it is definitely the place to book.

I would only wish if they had a gym but that s just for me.
