Nice location for the city center. Small room with a clean new bathroom and small balcony with one chair to the back of the building.

The bathroom smelled strongly of sewer which also permeated into the bedroom. The sink tap was loose. The room's safe had no instructions and/or didn't work.

No soundproofing whatsoever. We hear everything that's happening in other room. When people get back in their room in the middle of the night, hallway light pass through the gaps of the door and illuminate you room. Very bad place to stay if you want to sleep.

Had AC and was close to most things.

The toilet and sink seemed like it was going to break off the wall. Shower had no door. Weird instructions like getting in the door.

It has a wonderful location and the check-in and out was very easy!

Very clean hotel with bright room and pretty balcony. Perfect place to stay. Nice location and easy connection with hotel staff.

The location is close to the center of the city and also to the old port the location is convenient to walk around the city

If they provide some shower gel in the bath room would be nice

Overall, it was average not too bad not too good. We were on top floor with no lift. The room was closed so it had bad odour when we entered. The room was clean but very narrow and concise. They provide you coffee and tee for morning in the common area. The location has parking on the street but it was full. Conjusted street. The best thing was their staff, it was my mistake i was entering wrong code and called them late night and they picked up. Language issue no body speaks english!

Location, cleaness, money.

The sound insulation is very very very bad in the hotel. You can't get discrete there if you're a couple. Making love forget about it - your neighbours will let you know not once that they hear you ?

I left and paid for another night elsewhere as this felt so unsafe.

This place is a boarding house at best - describing it as a boutique hotel is total false advertising. No reception, no key cards, just a code - dangerous area and disturbances throughout. Spend €30 more and stay somewhere safe!

The value for what you pay is exceptional. Comfy bed, good bathroom, daily housekeeping, easy access (even had a porch and AC).

As other complaints say, the street is a little sketchy. But i never felt unsafe and it is actually in a great location to explore the city. You can hear neighbors a little (but thats most hotels haha). Overall, good stay for what you pay!

The rooms are very comfortable and safe.

The bathroom in the room is without the doors which is very impractical. If you carry big baggage to the higher floors, you should know that there is no elevator.

The accommodation is not that far from the main train station so that you can walk there also with relatively bulky luggage. The room we stayed in was a climb high up a narrow wobbly staircase, though. You will receive messages with all the codes to get in and won't meet anybody.The house is a bit rundown and the street is definitely not so welcoming but the room itself is alright. The bathroom smelled somewhat musty because the water from the tap had a weird smell, so you cannot really get rid of it by airing, unless you stop using the water. (Definitely not advisable to drink the tap water!)As a tip, take slippers with you, cause the floors are cold and not particularly clean. Otherwise the room and the bathroom were clean enough. The internet worked fine.

Street, water, floorsWe wanted to leave our luggage there after check-out but as it is no hotel with a reception and luggage room, this didn't work out. Small bags could probably be stored there but our backpack wouldn't fit where we were advised to put the bag and/or there was a communication problem.

The hotels in a great location. It’s a short walk to the port, bus/metro links and restaurants. Everything felt clean and fresh and the staff were great

Hair everywhere and door lock issues

I don't believe this hotel owns a vacuum cleaner, they are only sweeping the floors with a broom and therefore there are stray hairs everywhere (floor and bedding). This is highly disturbing.Also, the door locks are a concern. Firstly, they are quite slow and annoying (it takes about 30 seconds for the door to lock or unlock). Secondly, it happened to me during my stay that my code was changed and I was not informed so I was locked out of my room for 20 minutes. I could not get the app to work either. Lastly, there is no manual deadbolt or slide lock inside for added security, which for a solo female traveler feels unsafe. For a similar price you could book a professionally-run hotel.

The location was great, in the centre. The place was clean, the bathroom great.

The space was tiny, there was practically nothing but the bed. Almost no room to put a few clothes away. The photos didn`t look like the actual room. It was very basic. Also, even though we were supposed to pay on arrival, I got an email beforehand, threatening with the cancellation if we don`t pay in advance.
