Nothing. Staff is rude. AC was broken. Room was disgusting

Friendly staff, great rate and great location

Extremely clean. Just what we needed. Walking distance to main areas.Staff and location were fabulous. We speak French however it was great they spoke English to us. We had such a great experience we asked them to book the hotel at the airport for us.

Location was lovely and the room had tons of cool shelves! I only stayed for one night and was a little bummed that I couldn't stay for longer. I picked this area because it was close to a shopping street and the metro-- definitely enjoyed it!

Finding the real entrance (not on the port side) and going up the stairs with luggage wasn't great.

The location was in the heart of the city centre, though not too noisy.I was put in a half-basement room, and the window didn't close properly so I did't feel safe enough about my valuables.Also, there is not aircondition, so if I had to stay here in the summertime, it'd be nitemare for sure.

Very good value for the price. Excellent location, very close to many good restaurants and areas of interest. Easy and quick check-in and check-out. Drinking water fountain in the lobby.

We could hear the music from a nearby pub or club (not excessively loud, at least), but probably most other rooms are not affected by this.

Location, price & breakfast. Very impressed with front desk and housekeeping staff; friendly, courteous & helpful. Breakfast was particularly good and fast exceeded my expectations for a budget hotel. Lots of selection and the breakfast staff kept it clean and well supplied.

No comfortable chairs to sit in.

I booked knowing that the rooms at Ibis Budget aren’t very big but are sufficient to meet basic accommodation needs. However, my room was on the basement level (-1) and quite dark. Apart from that, its proximity to the old port area, the metro, and Lidl was really nice.

Friendly staff, clean room, lovely view and a wide variety of breakfast available early 5.30am

Vg breakfast for 10E, superb location for the obligatory hike to the Basilica!

The location is very good

The room is too small,no blanket or proper quilt provided in the room. There are only two very thin towels on the bed.
