Rooms very small, staff friendly, location was good. Shower fine, beds comfortable. Parking was convenient.

-breakfast was really poor options and not that tasty-light of the toilet was turning off all the time (automatic light) -far from Marseille city center (need to go by car)-bedroom was ok (clean and comfortable)

Hotel is perfectly located for traveler by car. It’s far from the city centre, but very good to spend one night. The hotel is new, well equipped and clean.

Very small room, just to sleep.

The toom was very clean and the service ? They helped me to print my documents that I needed for my next trip for free

Filthy hotel that stank of smoke. Ash trays in a non smoking hotel. Tatty worn out linen. We left after 1 night writing off the expense of the other 2 nights

The staff were really friendly and only 10mins from the cruise terminal.

The price €200 per night, would have expected a comfortable bed atleast. Didn't feel like we were in a safe area, the safe we couldn't use, it had a hole drilled threw it- clearly had already been robbed previously.

Abdul was brilliant, very friendly and helpful.

Room smelt very strongly of cigarette smoke. Staff blamed previous guests rather than offering us an alternative room after I reported it.There were bugs in the room.Room looked different than in pictures with small toilet and showerThe front desk were not very helpful/knowledgeable about how to get to the airport besides getting a taxi. They actually said to go back to the airport just to go all the way back again out to the airport

Probably the dirtiest hotel I've been in. Room smelled like cigarette, and a rotten egg smell came out of the shower which was in the bedroom so very unpleasant. We book urgently there because we didn't have a choice and yet it still felt like a mistake.

Good hotel. Close location to the port so perfect stay if you going on the cruise. Very friendly and helpful staff.

Meal quality and setup. Quiet Room. Easy Shuttle.Friendly driver and desk/ restaurant staff.

Sorry that I did not know about this hotel sooner.

There was no air conditioning and it was hot at night

Staff at reception were lovely, good parking with lots of spaces. Nice view from room.

The lift in the hotel smelled really bad of weed, the floors in the public areas were quite dirty. The room itself was very small with a ‘portaloo’ style shower. Hotel just seemed quite run down. Quite basic even for a budget hotel.

The hotel is based in a quiet location, great view on the port of Marseille, decent breakfast, friendly staff, does the job

It's close to a strip with supermarkets and shops, but the hotel itself is not close to the city center and transport takes a while to get there. Nonetheless, location is kinda ok.

It's a bit pricy for what it offers.Get your own adapter, the plugs I'm the hotel are old style and no USB option available

Friendly staff and the room was basic but clean. Staff were happy to order taxis as it was a little bit out from the city centre.
