My stair was great, very clean property felt safe in my room and staff was friendly and accommodating.

Outside of the hotel felt slightly unsafe but that’s not the hotels fault at all.

If it's just an short overnight stay to get an early train this works pretty well.

Although very close to train, there were long escalators through the metro to get there. Not a big issue but be aware.The hotel is not in the best neighborhood so you have to be careful going out to dinner after dark. Closest reasonable restaurant is 10-15 minute walk through this neighborhood. We were fine but one woman on the street warned me to hide my phone.

The staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfast buffet was a good value.

The room was very small. The shower had no glass so the bathroom floor got very wet. There was no place to sit in the room other than the bed and a small stool.

We had wonderful interactions with the staff. Very helpful to two non-French speaking Texans. The spa, which I didn’t even intend to use on booking, was amazing!

I did not eat breakfast but I think it isn’t necessary to at the hotel. The spa was private and relaxing. The room was spacious and comfortable. The staff was efficient yet friendly. The beach is a 15 minute bike ride.

Nothing to declare.

If you have any reason to be near the train station, stay here. Efficient staff, steps from St Charles station, comfy beds, great AC, great WiFi, nice breakfast. If possible, spring for a terrace room, mine (room 810 on top floor) had a lovely view of the city and basilica although was up a final flight of stairs not accessible by elevator. I didn't hang out in the neighborhood at night but it was fine during the day. Seemed by far the nicest hotel in area.

The front desk was super welcoming and nice! The area was perfect! We were right next to the train station. A lot of places to eat nearby. Old port was about a 15-20 min walk, which wasn't bad at all. The weather was nice. The hotel was cozy and clean! I loved it! Breakfast was delicious. You have to pay separately for breakfast and the spa though. The entrance was great! There's a really nice lobby area too.

Location is fantastic for interrailing. But coined with that the bed is incredibly comfortable, it’s has a beautiful quiet courtyard at back - just a brilliant hotel all round

Horrible, dishonest business. They advertise that they have a pool. That was the only reason I booked this hotel - so my son could swim. Upon arrival they tilt me that my son couldn’t use the pool (adults only). They refused to let us cancel and we only wanted a hotel with a pool. I ended up having to pay in full but we didn’t even stay there! (We went to a hotel with a pool)They should not be allowed to advertise that they have a pool if guests are not allowed to use this pool!!

Facilities are good for a quick one night stay. The train station is across the street which is the reason we stayed there.

Did not feel comfortable walking in the area at night but there were people coming & going because of the train station.

The reception staff were always helpful and friendly.

My room was very far away from reception and I had to change floor level twice, stairs down firstly and lift up secondly.

Lovely staff - the young man that checked us in was fantastic- he had visited NZ which meant we had great chats

I think the only disappointment was the charge for guests to use the swimming pool I obviously missed this when I made the booking

Very comfortable room, nice little gym and tasty breakfast in cute courtyard.

The rooms were as advertised. Beautiful, modern and presents well.The spa was very well done. Great pool, saunas, tropical shower and steam room. I highly recommend. Breakfast was fresh and in a lovely courtyard.

Close to the train station so be very careful of your surroundings but the hotel was 100% a great stay.

Very convenient location, really clean, cool décor, very comfortable bed, the room was quiet and very dark at night time- perfect for sleeping. The staff were friendly and helpful.

A lovely central hotel with very nice breakfast and a lovely lounge and terrace.

The location close to the railway and bus stations, while very convenient, isn't the nicest of areas in the city.
